The helping with ISIS part should not be ignored.... despite what isn't being reported in America there are Iranians fighting in both Syria and Iraq against ISIS.
I've been pretty consistent on it, I don't think it's a good thing if Iran gets nukes in fact it's a really bad thing but I also think Netanyahu is an asswipe who like Royal said wants the US to do his dirty work. They already have the Saudis as an ally, if they want to attack Iran let them. It's not our problem. It's between the Isrealis, Saudis and the Iranians. We've created enough enemies and given them enough money since the 50's. Time to cut the cord and let them grow up.
That is the problem. We are not letting them. They need to fly over our airspace and we told them that if they did we would shoot them down! We are threatening to shoot down our allies planes to defend our enemy!

I saw that but I need something a little more concrete than some conservative publication that got it from an Israeli publication that got it from a Jordanian news organization. I mean why would that rumor start with a Jordanian news organization? Likely because it's not true. I actually posted the link a few pages back but of course the right wing media ran all over with it. I'm also confused about the "our airspace" thing. What airspace over there belongs to the US?
I researched it since I posted that and it is sketchy sources so I will concede. if its true I would not be surprised because Obama I won't say anti Semitic but I will say he is anti Israel. Do you think this was leaked by the Israelis then?
I agree that Obama seems to be a little less gung ho about Israel than previous presidents and he seems to have taken a cold shoulder stance on them but let's be honest, maybe Netanyahu also thought he'd be able to push O around because of the inexperience factor and maybe O bit back. I don't know why Obama seems to not be crazy about them but I'm not going to jump to conclusions and say he's a member of the Muslim brotherhood or anything like that. He's also somewhat ignored Taiwan after Bush agreed to give help them get 8 new subs (they have 4 subs now and 2 are from WWII... I kid you not) Obama has essentially ignored it. He's ignored their requests to acquire new fighter jets as well, in fact Taiwan has been largely ignored by Obama since his 1st term. Bush was very pro Taiwan independence but Obama has been less than mum on it. It's not just Israel he's ignoring but obviously there is a much larger Jewish voice in the US than there a Taiwanese one. I've been told by some here that they really don't like him because apparently it's been reported in Taiwanese media and Chinese media that he favors a one China policy. He's also largely ignored China throwing their weight around with both Vietnam and the Philippines over territorial disputes, when I lived in Manila there were stories every month about how the Filipino Navy would find Chinese "fishing vessels" in their waters. One of the things about living in Asia is you get to see how the US bows to China and essentially does what they want. Obviously if China invaded Taiwan (which they won't unless provoked) it would be interesting to see how O would react and sadly for the people who live on this island I don't feel confident he'd do anything more than condemn the actions. I don't think he's an anti semite, I just don't think he knows what he is doing.

I hope the GOP realizes that in their never ending efforts to sabotage, marginalize and neuter this President, they are setting a precedent. The next President, if he's GOP, will face the exact same sabotage, vitriol and hatred this president faced. I hope the Dems have the balls to derail every bill, every project, every effort by the incoming GOP president. As the GOP has made progress impossible under Obama, I can only pray that the Left destroys any effort by any incoming GOP President to accomplish anything at all. The Dems and the Left would be fools to forget what was done to the Obama Presidency. Let's repay the GOP in kind. Now go blame Al Sharpton...
