Oh yeah. And draft day blockbusters are a foregone conclusion at this point. It's been a real fun off season and even better bc the afc east has dominated it

So you are really going to tell me that the Jets team last year wasn't devoid of young talent?

And you're gonna hear a lot of "I believe in Matt Cassell....no question about that." In postgame pressers after a loss

It's not that were enamored with Rex, it's more like thank god Marrone isn't here anymore. That's the part that makes our signings so good. At least with Rex, we have a chance to utilize our talents unlike Marrone. Woody Johnson did you guys a huge favor passing on Marrone

Oh, you're singing to the choir ...I live in Syracuse and was beating the drums on this forum to keep the Jets from hiring Doug.....I've seen every Bills game ...I know Marrone had many faults...one was his under utilization of Watkins....also his love of punting ...his thin skin and prickly demeanor ....so Rex is a welcome change for you guys I know...

I never liked Marrone and couldn't figure out why so many Jets fans here wanted him, glad we didn't sign him. As much as I want to trash the Bills I think Rex will make them a better team even tho I think he held the offense on the Jets back while claiming no responsibility.

Gonna be an interesting couple of years that's for sure

When I first heard Marrone was a Jets' possibility, I thought damn, didn't they go through enough with a 4-12 season? Most Bills fans are bald now from their own hands, not clippers. I can't help but think how Rex would do with your team with your acquisitions

Yes I am really going to tell you that. That you are even making that statement is ridiculous, and as stated earlier, dumb

Quite honestly, I could care less for on paper teams, especially ours. Doesn't matter what's on paper, your team as of right now is 0-0. Media hype is garbage no matter where it is.

Would just like to point out that the last time the Bills won a playoff game people still used VHS tapes & VCRs

That can't be argued. The Bills have done a terrible job of drafting, one of which you guys found out in Aaron Maybin. I wanted to bitchslap Jauron so bad for picking him over Orakpo. But finding a franchise QB is crazy hard to do in this league. Would be nice if we could find an Andrew Luck type of player, but that's not gonna happen. Especially in this year's upcoming draft

What can't he let go of? A guy he coached for like 8 games? What are you even trying to say?

Hey don't knock Aaron Maybin, he notched an amazing 6 sacks for us one year which is just a half sack away from the astounding 6.5 sacks that Coples put up last year.

LOL nice to see you guys got the most out of Maybin. All he was for us was an ugly cheerleader, ask Eric Wood

Maybin felt for 5 minutes like redemption for the horrid Gholston pick and then reality came knocking when we realized he was still injury prone and had the frame of a wide receiver. Cant win em all

Hehe I would have guessed Maybin's frame was more TEish, albeit a small one.

no, but he's the head coach and part of the HEAD COACHES job is to actually know what's going on on offense and to have some input there. Again, part of the problem with Rex, but that's the aside here. To answer your question we the Jets had multiple O-Co and they ALL ran the stupid ass change your QB out wildcat garbage. There are no odds on that happening without some input from Rex. We had Smith doing it then got Tebow to do it, then Vick to do it. That's Rex brother and guess what you guys got Tyrod Taylor to do it and Harvin to run end arounds and the like.
