QB- Fitz, Geno RB- Ivory, Powell, ??? WR- Marshall, Decker, Kerly, ???? TE- Amaro, Sudfeld, ???? OL- Brick, Mangold, Colon, Aboushi, Winters, RT ( what's his name), ?????? DL- Sons of Anarchy(3), Douzable, Ellis, ?????? ILB- Harris, #56, ???????? OLB- Pace, Barnes, Babin, Couples,???????? CB- Revis, Cro, Skrine, McD, Milliner, Walls, Williams, ?????? S- Allen, Jarrett, Pryor, Landry,???????? Help me fill in the blanks, as it is late and I'm tired and can't recall. I can't even remember the names of starters for heavens sake. Our starting inside LB opposite Harris, kills me to not recall because he is one of my favorite Jets!
Brick-Colon/Aboushi-Mangold-Carpenter-Giacomini is the OL right now. I think Landry, Ellis and Douzable are free agents.
QB- Simms WR- Evans, Owusu TE- Cumberland OL- Giacomini, Carpenter ( who I am not familiar with), Dozier DL- Barnes, who I like ILB- Davis ( can't believe I couldn't remember our future Team Captains name!!!) CB- Kyle "get rid of his over-rated ass" Wilson! Sorry guys I can't think. Anyway, my point is, we have holes to fill. Holes not as in slots to fill, but talent upgrades all over. We need a pair of guards, a 4th Wr, a RB, on offense alone. We don't have an every down OLB that is a playmaker with fresh legs. We have to platoon that position to get the job done. I wish we had Harris's replacement, with his run stuffing ability that can also cover. I'm tired of watching him get burned on passing downs for the past few years. Add to it if you see what I've missed. QB is the obvious first choice, but I just don't see Winston or Mariota as the answer. Maybe we will see Mariota in camp with Geno, and Fitz.
Wilson is a free agent I believe. So he is gone. Nobody has even talked to him yet from everything I (don't) hear.
With Gilchrist on board i'd say no to Landry. Still hopeful for Dozier, Evans, Emkpali, and Enuwa to show something

Pace played better rushing the passer because of our front, but it's arguable to say that Babin did too. I had high hopes for Barnes before he got hurt, and I think Reilly is too light to be an NFL pass rusher. I'm sure if we had a 5 star rookie stud as an every down player ( rather than Rex's platoon formula) that player could easily match the total of all 4 of our players totals behind our killer front. I would take Fowler as a combo LB, and almost guarantee he matches Pace's sack total plus Babin's. Thing is, Pace is decent VS the run. Barnes if fully recovered will help, if he isn't washed up. What free agent LB's are worthy of a Jet payday right now?
WR: Owusu is still here. So is Shaq Evans. More than enough, I'd say ILB: You forgot Davis S: Jets just signed Gilchrist. OL: Breno Giacomini
