    Why? He was a pro bowler last year and the going rate for CBs has been huge this year. Compared to what Jackson, Maxwell, Skrine, etc. got, it's totally reasonable he had bigger offers on the table.

    We've got the flipside of John Idzik now. Recklessly spending money on proven players over 30. This won't end well unless the Jets now find a QB and FAST. Mariota will just be Sanchez 2.0.

    What part of greedy, selfish locker room did we not understand when those words came out of Greg McElroy's mouth in 2012?

    Like the move, not thrilled with the dollar amount but if the gaurantees are in the 12-14 area that isnt too bad. if its north of 18 thats another story.

    either way, i think we needed him. i wasnt thrilled having to rely on milliner

    Ok
    He's only been in the league one season. Milliner has been here two years now, has dealt with injuries, and hasn't been too good on the field. A lot easier to not trust Milliner
