Bringing a 36 year old dome quarterback who's team has historically underperformed outdoors in to the northeast, what could go wrong?
Then I'm glad you aren't the GM. Trading two first round picks, one a top 10 pick and almost a top 5 pick for a 36 year old QB is insane.
Definitely but if he's actually on the block it'll take a lot more than that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
In a heartbeat. But again New Orleans would never never give us 13 and Brees for that. 6 and mo for Brees alone MIGHT get it done. Then again I hesitate on in a heartbeat. Sending mo away would be a big hit to the defense we just invested heavily in. But I think it would have to be considered. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm not saying I would do the deal (I wouldn't). But you don't think Brees has at least 2 years left of very good to elite level play? Even on a down year (for him), he threw for close to 5,000 yards and 33 TDs. It would be an all-in move to win now. My biggest problem with kicking against the thorns with Sancho was the feeling that the core players' (Revis, Mangold, Harris, Ferguson) prime years were being wasted.
The guy was what 48 yards shy of a 5000 yard season last year? He may be 36 but he's elite Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
