The extra couple M above market per year for Revis doesn't bother me at all. Think about other money that's been utterly wasted. For example: 3M for 0 games of Dmitri Patterson There is money wasted every year on bad players that could be better put to use by locking up premier talent.

Essentially, this a 3 year $48 million ($39 million guaranteed) contract ... because if Revis isn't all-world going into Year 4, he's gonna get cut and if he is all-world, he's going to hold out again for more money. Getting Revis back is amazing. The jets paid alot for him but other then his spectacular on field abilities there are other perks that come with it. 1) Patriots dont have him 2) Revis knows there plays (not that huge but everyone always mentions it when we get a player from them) 3) He will make the other players better, Pryor will benefit and another who will learn from him that no one mentions is Marcus Williams (young and talented) 4) Todd can run his defense and be able to blitz 5) It would actually make sense if we draft one of the amazing pass rushing OLB that will be available for us 6 (my personal number 1) We can tell that mock draft that had us drafting Trae at 6 that scared all of us to death to SUCK IT 7) Sad patriot fans 8) woody gets his headlines :3 moral of the story, Im happy
