Geno had a bad game in snow... Mariota had a bad game in a dome... Cmon... Let me see you go sling a ball around in some damn snow.
There is such a massive difference between their college careers, it seems silly to even discuss. Unless Mariota falls into the second round, its safe to say that he is the better prospect. I really want Geno to succeed, so I guess I consider myself supporter. But there comes a point in time when you need to move on. I don't think Mariota is going to be the guy, but if the Jets do, you need to go for it.
Dude, you're really sounding silly. We get it, you're a Geno ball licker. Don't add stupid to your resume. _
How would him being the better prospect change if he slipped into the Second Round?? He is either the better prospect or he is not..
My point is that at this point, Mariota is probably the better prospect, since I don't see him falling like Geno did. How else do we judge prospects besides where they are drafted.
Geno's stats were a mirage based on shovel passes (handoffs really) to Austin and Bailey who too them for 80 yards TDs. _
Almost all of them. Quite a few live. A few years in the Big East and my daughter's best friend went to WVU so we continued to watch him in the Big 12. Awesome performance against James Madison. Who knew James Madison played football. _
Then you'd know that shovel passes to Austin or Baily weren't a large part of the WVU offense. Holgorsen's Air Raid is much more of a vertical attack.
