    well the jets are basically backed into a corner now because all the good CB's have come and gone so its basically revis or bust unless ur gonna settle for cromartie

    Jets have inquired RT @Cardschatter Antonio Cromartie on ESPN. Talked of best choice for fam, about Jets. Doesn't sound like guy coming back. Per Cimini

    Browns are interested in Revis as well, Pettine

    Culliver, Cro, Skrine are all viable options at CB. Flowers got PAID to stay home, Maxwell got overpaid, Carey Williams sucks and Kareem Jackson got a nice contract with his current team. How exactly is any of this on the Jets?

    If Revis stays in New England or comes back, it's one thing, but if he chooses a fourth team itll just be getting ridiculous.

    practically everybody who runs teams in the league today values corners, especially great corners like Revis...

    but the armchair GMs on this board continue to spew the BS about how corners aren't worth top dollar

    I've ignored this thread until now, but as it is looking more possible I'd be pretty happy at $12m, OK with it at around $13.5, but pissed of if we went $15m or more. 2 year guaranteed.

    Not sure I'd rush in, let him test the market. Not getting into a bidding war for him.

    Now, where are the ashes of that Revis jersey I burned?

    I know he can walk on water and all, but he'd probably still get a lot of PI penalties with the way the NFL rules are set up lol

    Oh shit...I quoted the wrong post.

    I meant the Browns saying they are interested in Revis...and the Chiefs, and the Steelers, and the Raiders, and the Jaguars. Everytime I turn around I see another team claiming to interested in Revis.

    Either the league is playing with us, or - more likely - it's Revis' agents "leaking" that all 32 teams are interested in Darelle Revis.

    There are 2 teams in the running for Revis... We happen to be one of them.

    Who else is fighting to get into mix for Darrelle Revis besides #Jets and #Patriots? #Browns, #Raiders, and #Chiefs (Bob Sutton connection)
    It's all speculation at this point I believe. The Raiders are the only ones that scare me.
