A target I'd like? Torrey Smith Have him be the guy to stretch the field for us. Marshall + Decker + Smith + Kerley + Amaro is a hell of a receiving corps.
Lol none of the players i named are bums.. and how are the over paid if they didn't even get paid yet? & yes wilk deserves his payday from us.
My point is that they will get more money than they are worth. None of them are good values for us. Wilk deserves his payday, does that mean we have to write him a blank check? Sure, Wilk has earned a hefty contract with $8-9 mil being the low end of the range but how much more than that does he deserve exactly?
My wish list, some of these cats (in random order) : 1) #24 2) Jerry Hughes (not for 10 M per though) 3) Clint Boling 4) Chris Culliver / Cro / (low budget flier: Buster Skrine) 5) Devin McCourty 6) CJ Spiller (fallback: Helu Jr.) 7) Jordan Cameron 8) Orlando Franklin Also, 2nd round tender for Snacks.
According to Around the NFL the Texans are targeting Hoyer. That is good news for us Fitzpatrick supporters.
Yeah I was wondering the same thing ... why is there nothing so far? Shouldn't there be some reports surfacing about where players are reported to be going? (oh yeah, there was the Cary Williams one, forgot about that) But I thought we'd know where about 3 or 4 high profile free agents were going to end up by now, unofficially of course...
The problem is you can't visit or negotiate which makes it virtually impossible to get anything done. Basically phone calls to put feelers out I presume.
The rules are very convoluted but either way I am sure teams are making offers. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ms-of-rules-for-three-day-negotiating-period/
that would be true if every player made the same salary and/or there was no salary cap. So you're wrong. That said, no one would trade for Kerley cuz he smells balls
