They shared a blunt together but was it that same night? I'm sure that's what the defense will bring up.
Ah, the classic "Day Old Blunt Defense." But on a serious note, there are no cell phone records / texts showing that they went there the night before, whereas we know for sure that they were there the night of the murder. Yeah you can make that other argument, and I guess they may have to do that, but it just isn't particularly credible.
Neither is cell phone data. There were times when I looked back at my location history to find out that I crossed the Atlantic ocean then beamed to New Jersey tower even though I was in the Manhattan beach area. The defensive pointed out how inaccurate it can be last week I think.
I guess you missed the woman who was dismissed from the jury (#96 I believe) because she lied about not being a Pats fan and lying about how man Pats games she had been to. I may live halfway around the world but we do get news in Asia.
When did "some Pats fans" become everyone here or even all Pats fans? I know a few Pats fans who want him to get the chair despite the fact that they don't do that in Mass. You've been here a long time, you should know me better than this.
Why lie so much to get on the jury then? Why talk about how "hard" it will be to convict him. That woman had every intent to try and get him off. It's a good thing she's an idiot and she got thrown off the jury. Fair enough.. no offense taken.
He'd be better off saying he didn't take his phone with him when he left the joint there the night before the murder. Much simpler than talking about cell phone towers. The prosecutors will have their witness saying that he is lying, that he smoked the joint before or after the murder. (And the jury is most likely going to view him as more credible than Hernandez.)
His fiancee or girlfriend hid the gun for him but will she flip on him and tell where she put it She does have immunity probably would have happened already if she was going to
If she delivers the gun it's over for him. If not her testimony holds no weight since she was already labeled a liar.
Seems there is another massive blow to Hernandez, forensics have identified a shoe print at he scene to be a Retro Air Jordan 11 which came came out 4 days before Lloyd was murdered. Apparently the surveillance video at the gas station shows him wearing them and photos taken by the police while they were conducting a search of his house have shown the same shoes in his closet.
Pretty sure the shoes have since gone missing. but I can't see Hernandez walking from this. They have the guys together, they have Hernandez DNA at the scene. The only thing is maybe someone else pulled the trigger, but we do have a picture with Hernandez with the gun directly after the murder. The home run for the prosecution is if the live in girlfriend testifies. If she doesn't she most likely goes to jail for a minute too. Hernandez probably holding onto about 10% chance of getting acquitted on this murder rap and then it's on to the next murder trial.
His jail conversations were played yesterday I believe between he and his gf. Sent from my LG-LS720 using Tapatalk
He's guilty as hell. If for some crazy reason they don't get him on this one, he's got another double murder trial coming up for the two guys who were killed in Boston in 2012. In all honesty, I don't know a single Patriots fan who hasn't "moved on" from Hernandez. I don't know if there are people out there who are pulling for his innocence based on their football interests, but obviously that's vile. It's also stupid, since there's zero chance he ever plays in the NFL again, even if he's found innocent.
Yeah, even without the murder weapon I think this fool is toasted. It's really a shame when you think bout. He's still basically a kid and he had his whole life ahead of him. Big bucks, a career, women, fame and threw it all away so he could be a thug or a gangsta.
some folks just dont understand what life could, no should be like. i am confident he is one of them.
