Bills trade draft picks for Matt Cassel so now they have no 1st rounder and whatever they give up for Cassel
You kind of are when you say "every draft" when it wasn't every draft. And I don't associate him with those 2 picks. I associate the franchise with those 2 picks. The same way I associate them with the bad picks like Kyle Wilson, Mark Sanchez and to a lesser extent Quinten Coples.
Wow rex making moves lol traded for cassel, I loved rex and in some ways I'll miss him.. I don't miss this madness. Lol he's defenitly got pull in buffalo. They gonna make noise on the offseason know thT he has some say so.
because matt cassel is their answer to the qb position gotta see what picks they gave up but they don't have many this year
I'm not saying that.. I would not be happy if rex were allowed to trade for casel here.. I'm saying he's in buffalo off and running like a crazy man. Lol
I no I meant to put a lol after that comment my bad bills have a 2nd 3rd 2 5ths a 6th and 7th say they traded a 3rd and 5th that leaves them with some shitty spots hahaha
I can't believe they'd actually be dumb enough to give up a 3rd and a 5th for Matt Cassel when they don't have a no.1 but I hope you are right and those are the picks
Rex just doesn't give a fuck. Lol he's eithor going to light buffalo on fire or burn it down. one thing I know, will be fun to watch
No such thing as last thread. There are certain people previously associated with the NYJ than might never, ever see the reality of the famous "one last thread" actually occur. Even after we have declared them officially gone, adios, sayonara, don't let the door hit you in the ass, even after we screamed for their dismissal for whatever reason, be it greed or incompetence, they shall keep coming back as lost souls looking for closure, recognition and demand for one more thread. The likes of Rex, Sanchez, Revis, Gholston and Tebow are typical examples of ghosts of our past that will keep creeping back into our ghostly threads. Add the long suffering O'Brien versus Marino pick as the most vivid example of all. We fans shall be haunted with their memories till such day as when we finally get our own modern era SB ring, via a HOF new QB and FO. The clock has started ticking again with the new regime, and Bowles, with perhaps Mariota at 6 might be the ghost busters we have be searching for. Let the new era begin
you don't make back to back title games on just luck. Maybe the '09 run was a little lucky but 2010 reinforced it was not a fluke.
Who would want to go to Buffalo? It has all the shitty aspects of Green Bay without any of the tradition.
Agreed, I anticipate TONS AND TONS of threads on the NYJ forum about Rex as we go into the new season
