while we need a corner(s), I think McCourtey should be a major priority as well.

    Yup

$25M would be more realistic but not a guarantee

Adding him, moving Pryor to his natural SS position, adding at least one vet CB plus the return of Milliner and McDougle and we've upgraded one of our biggest areas of weakness for sure.

I think the eagles are gonna be our biggest competition to land mccourty. They cleared up a good amount of cap in that mccoy trade, and their secondary was as bad as ours last year.

So both the Jets & Eagles might go after McCourty, Maclin, Maxwell/Cromartie and Spiller. At least the players don't have to travel very far.

Let the Eagles keep Maclin and sign Maxwell. I'll be quite happy with McCourty, Cromartie and Spiller.

I think Maxwell or Cromartie doesn't make much of a difference. Cromartie wants to return to NY and is familiar with Bowles so he is more likely to be signed. Having him and McCourty lead the secondary seems pretty nice. Either sign Spiller or draft a RB. Then sign or draft a WR or keep Harvin and things look very promising.

I see 9M as McCourtey's ceiling, safeties usually don't get much more than that.

Who knows about Revis, could be 14M, could be in the 10-12M range.

I read McCourtey was mulling playing for Jets or Giants. Eagles will probably resign Maclin, otherwise their fans may riot. I see them landing Maxwell as well.

I really don't see us being able to get both Mcourty and Revis away from NE,that would be amazing if Mac pulls it offf though
