If substances were not banned by the sport then it's kind of silly to argue that the players and or teams were knowingly cheating or should forfeit wins or championships. Especially back then. Hell, in baseball they had bowls of greenies in the clubhouse on the way out to field back in the day. The concept of PEDs back then was not as obvious as an issue as it it today. _
