Well, Todd McShay (BTW, I don't care what any analysts say--but it's all anyone points to) is calling Winston the top rated QB, up near Luck in a very long time. Folks are saying he has the highest football IQ since Peyton. Again, I don't judge players based upon what bloggers or McShay or Kiper say--I judge players on what I see. _

You are arguing with children. There is no logical and rational reason that anyone would want to draft LOWER than HIGHER. We as Jet fans all want to win. But once you are knocked out of the playoffs, every win only hurts you in your future prospects. The "there are no guarantees in the draft" red herring is sophistry of the highest order. Of course there are no guarantees--except the lower you are you are guaranteed of not having as many options as drafting HIGHER. It's been turned into a discussion of hoping we tank to get a better pick--which is so idiotic and not the narrative--not accepting that nothing any fan thinks or hopes or dreams has any effect on the games. It's disappointment on having options taken away. _

To all those who wanted to win meaningless games when we were out of the playoffs in October, looking prospectively, do you prefer to draft higher in every round or do you prefer to to draft lower in every round? Not talking about a win or a loss at the end of the year which will clinch a playoff spot or lose a playoff spot. Obviously making the playoffs and maybe a homefield playoff game (which we haven't had since Pennington) is the most important thing and what we all hope dream and root for, but when we're shitting the bed with one or 2 wins in November, is it your preference to have MORE options in the draft or LESS options. No guarantees mind you. Just the options. _
