Screw you HAYN & that surfing anecdote.

I went surfing too. A little different style though:

I walked out of the office towards my car and slid my ass off in the parking lot that has been under a sheet of ice this entire month of february.
There were no babes in bikinis lounging around, just a couple people in massive peacoats and hoods that I think might have been women judging by the color of their wardrobe but I really am not too sure....

Best lobster roll (other than my own of course) is the one out on Montauk Highway just before the tip of the
Island. Near Gurneys Inn. Childhood memory. Also great ones on Block Island and Narragansett

Awesome lobster rolls and even better Lobster Martini at the Lobster Shanty in Salem Mass.

Got the recipe and I make them now every summer.

This ain't lunch but this past weekend I made figs stuffed with manchego, wrapped with prosciutto and cooked on a heated salt block. Later drizzled with balsamic reduction.

She got the idea from a cooking show, Anne Burrell, close to the same as what you are talking about but with goat cheese instead of manchego, but we don't eat pork so she improvised on the protien. My house smells amazing right now.

Cuban sangwich for me today, made by a guy that likely has never been south of Rhode Island in his life. Not so good.
