They've been promoting this "The Tarheel Way" nonsense for decades and now that the proverbial curtains have been drawn back, it reveals (figuratively) the theater's brick back walls (of the of an out-of-control institution) reading "at all costs!" in spray paint, gospel-truth grafitti.
