lmfao. Really? I guess you haven't seen any of them fight for you to say that. Mayweather in a class all his own.

$89.95 for PPV, and another $10 for you to watch it in HD.

    You want to rethink that?

Exactly. The money's so outrageous you can't blame Manny for signing for this tho. No doubt when Manny really wanted it FM had excuses.

Can only hope that Manny can muster up a great night like Ali and Duran did later in their careers. Duran was 37 when he beat Iran Barkely and Ali 32 when he beat Foreman. Psychology had a lot to do with it, a strength of Manny's also.

But FM just might be too athletic at this point for Manny, even under the best case scenarios.

    Are you daft?

I said Manny would have beaten Mayweather in his prime. You can't be right. Manny is past his prime, you can't turn back the clock.

Don't feel bad though. Boxing is a dying sport. There are plenty of other people out there just like you who who have never watched a fight.

Hopefully you enjoy your first, it really is a great sport!

Lmfao. Yeah OK I never seen a boxing match. Let's see I use to box myself and boxing is my favorite sport. I'll bet I've seen more boxing matches this year then you have your whole life.

I think Manny can beat him and he certainly can KO Mayweather the problem is he won't. He's extremely aggressive and he'll be even moreso in this fight because he's going to want to punish Mayweather but despite that he may hit Floyd with some really good head shots I don't see him being able to sustain enough offense to keep Floyd in the ropes or hurt him with vicious body shots. Floyd will win the decision as he won't risk trying to KO Manny and this fight will close the book on one of the most disappointing eras in boxing. Floyd will duck Khan and he'll retire undefeated and continue to claim that he's the best ever.

Now I would love to see Manny hurt Mayweather , get him in a corner and just start punishing his body but I don't think he's good enough but he certainly is strong enough that should he be able to slow Floyd down he can impose his will on Floyd

Judging by these guys last few fights I am questioning on whether there will even be a knock down..? Yes, I know Paq knocked down Algeri; 'Big deal'. I expect some antics from the Mayweather corner, especially if Paq is beating Floyd to the punch. This is a a Mayweather nightmare from a tactical standpoint; tough to stay on the run against Pac. They are both runners though Floyd is worse.

Let's face it, Mayweather is not going to stand in and exchange with Pac; this 'fight' will be 'fought' all over the ring; quickly in & out over and over and over. Still pumped that the fight is going to happen though. The fact that the fight IS going to happen, will probably be the only exciting take away in the end; 'it finally happened'

March 7th, 2015- Is Broner career over with a loss to Molina?

March 14th, 2015- Can Pascal 'Krush' the Russian?

April 18th, 2015- Big night for HBO boxing... Provodnikov and Crawford both have bouts.

April 25th, 2015- Does this American heavyweight (Jennings) have any shot against Klitschko?

    May 2nd, 2015- Pacman - Money

Who will be GGG's 20th consecutive KO victim ... anyone?

Still hoping to see GGG vs Andre Ward although I don't think it happens.... although me might get a GGG vs Cotto fight which isn't bad.

Your prediction for this fight seems on par with what Amir Khan had to say and of course Floyd got super defensive about it saying he would get Khan a ticket.

Pound for pound I want to call GGG best in the world right now; but he hasn't fought anyone. The Murray fight was a great wake up call to GGG. First time he has ever gone to the 11th round in real 'prize fighting'. Murray, must have trained hard for this fight; but GGG thunderous knockdown at the end of the 10th round spell quitting time for Murray. Really, Murray looked mostly like a big punching bag for 10 of the 11 rounds.

Ward - GGG would be a beautiful gift to boxing fans. Ward is too smart to fight GGG now though; i think.
Cotto- GGG would also be a beautiful gift to boxing fans. I think this fight is starting to get legs, but not too sure Cotto wants this fight either..?

GGG deserves better fighters/better fights now. It was good to see Murray hang in until the 11th. I think GGG's next fight will be over in 4th or 5th round unless we get a big name in the ring with him like Cotto. At least, since no one wants to get in the ring with GGG I get to learn a new fighter. I am not missing any GGG fight, he is a spectacular boxer.

Pacman-Money - the fight is going to happen and that is great news for boxing. I know we are all going to be watching. It's just a great day for sports; Kentucky Derby in the afternoon and then the fight in the evening. I am very excited for May 2nd. There will be a lot of action and a lot of showmanship (showmanship especially from Mayweather side, although Freddy Roach likes to mix it up). Both fighters lack the power from their earlier days (manny 36 and floyd 38). Neither fighter really earns on knockdowns or knockouts anymore. Regardless, they are the highest profile fighters; Mayweather of course comes in undefeated and he has been accused of preventing the bout for years. Maybe, there is something Floyd sees in Manny that scares him. I think we all see a fighter in Pac that can keep up with floyds' 'hit-but not get hit' style. Floyd is not going to change for the Pac fight; I can't see them getting into a "phone booth" at any point; but maybe Pac can keep up with Floyd and prevent floyd from escaping counters, and maybe Pac is actually quick enough to beat Mayweather to the punch. Can't wait!

I may fly back to Manila to watch this with some f my Filipino friends but the problem is UFC is going to be in Manila on May 16th and Frankie Edgar is on that card and I'm also thinking of taking a little trip to Vietnam or Thailand for my birthday just a few days after that. Why does all the good shit have to happen in May?
