If Roger can't nail Kraft and Belichick on this one after catching them red handed and he fucks it up and shows that the NFL is a bigger joke than people think than he can't do jack shit. This whole 2 month "investigation" makes him look like the smuck he is.
sucks for your pals that you have to fight hard to refute persistent cheating isn't it. You fair weathers are all over every football board with the same schill..... Mort's report was more accurrate, Crap report was wrong. NFL official said so in Florio's write up on it. Get ready for the Death Penalty.....the iceberg is melting fast from all the PAts fans steam rising from their burning heads........ Teddy don't let us down, ALL OTHER NFL TEAMS FANS!!!!
He's not trying to catch them; he's trying to drag it out past the general public's attention span, then slap them on the wrist and pretend it never happened. He's covering up, not prosecuting.
But i think Ted Wells went scuba diving under the iceberg and now found the stash of goods!! Agreed, but i'd like to see the other owners step in and pull rank and punish Kraft and fire Goodell for poisoning the well. ANd we can have Tags come back and spread the punishment in the interim until a new commish is annointed.
Your assumption here, is that the Patriots are guilty of something. You are correct that the NFL officials look like smucks here. In fact of the 3 NFL officials handing the balls that day, 1 of them has been fired for stealing one of the Patriots 12 official game balls, then trying to replace it when it was found missing. They found that this official did this in previous games and did it to make money selling the balls. One other of those officials noticed a ball was missing and attempted to replace it with an unofficial ball, his fate is unknown. All of this ball mishandling is on video tape. With the exception of one ball that measured 2 pounds under pressure, the other balls were a few ounces less than 12 1/2. The ball that was 2 pounds under pressure was the ball that the Colts intercepted and had in their possession until they turned it over to the officials stating that it was under pressure. There is a better chance the Colts could be found guilty of ball tampering than the Patriots...and might even be likely with the many tampering problems the Colts were guilty. The NFL will be found to be embarrassingly amateurish and incompetent in ball handling. Chris Mortensen of ESPN should be fired for erroneously reporting 11 of 12 balls measured 2 pounds under pressure. This statement alone erroneously sealed the Patriots guilt before any facts came out.
I'll repeat so you didn't breeze by it..... sucks for your pals that you have to fight hard to refute persistent cheating isn't it. You fair weathers are all over every football board with the same schill..... Mort's report was more accurrate, Crap report was wrong. NFL official said so in Florio's write up on it. i love the collective age of the pats asshats collecting their thoughts here, like 14-15 yrs old. Except that Grogan guy, he's probably one of the older fans.....the bandwagon filled up in 2001......when the Big POOF goes, the rest of those folks will flock back to the Giants
Assumes facts not entered into evidence - where is your source for the "few ounces" comment? And please tell us how you believe the Colts may have tampered with any footballs.
So we are back at pats ball guy pAssing an illegal ball No refs fired. Espn demanded for a retraction
Yeah it's tough. Are we going to be 12 - 4 again or we going to get to 13 - 3? 14 - 2's are fun though, huh? Oh shoot, only the Jets showed up this year, but 7 - 9 is no competition! Another Division 1st place...BORING! Oh shoot, Peyton sh*t the bed again, we'll just have to fill the vacuum. I hope we can get that 5th Super Bowl win, Brady is 38, a lucky number. Yeah it's a real bitch. Talking to grade schoolers, not that bad. Trust me, being a New England fan is life in the easy lane.

The NFL has an employee pilfering footballs, and inserting uninspected ones into the AFCCG. What a pack of nimrods.
It'll be interesting to see what the input from the Ravens is in the investigation. They apparently discussed the problem of under-inflated balls with the NFL after their loss in the divisional round. This suggests that a sting was setup for the AFC Championship Game and that the sting got blown up when the Colts LB intercepted a pass and took it to the sidelines with a complaint.
