I figure this would be a good time to make this thread this far in advance so the clairvoyants among us can say I told you so! Anyway, just list some bold draft predictions here. Mine: I believe both Shane Ray and Randy Gregory will be on the board for the Jets at #6.
You say "bold" predictions and then you give a prediction that stands true in 95% of mock drafts out there... Not flaming, just saying, if you mean bold, you should mean bold. A la: Cooper and Mariota are both on the board at #6.
I have not seen a single (educated) mock that has Gregory currently out of the top-5. Many of the ones I read have BOTH Ray and Gregory going before 6. I think it's way more likely that Cooper and Mariota are on the board at 6 than Gregory and Ray.
T.J. Clemmings shows out at workouts and the combine and becomes the #1 overall pick. Hey, you did say bold.
That is currently my top choice for this year's draft. In fact, in my current dream scenario, we take Gregory and Perryman 1-2.
Vince Mayle (WR - Washington State) becomes the Martavis Bryant (WR rookie from Clemson) of the 2015 season. Quinten Rollins (Miami-OH) becomes the first CB drafted.
Hey, Idzik got 5 out of the 2013 class (but 4 of them were atrocious that year; probably the 4 biggest weak spots on the team). Here's to hoping Maccagran can get three or more quality or promising starters in 2015
I kind of agree, about Winston. There's a lot to see yet, but I'm not gonna be surprised if Winston slides a little...
Bold Prediction : Both Mariota and Winston will be there for Jets to pick but Jets will pick an Offensive Lineman.
Dorial Green Beckham will be a top 25 pick. Garrett Grayson will be the 3rd QB taken over Hundley and Petty.
