again, if Jerry wants an * then we should have won for his SF teams and their shady practices. I'm all for it, it doesn't affect my team.

some of us can be objective, we can see greatness even on teams we hate.

Tom Brady is 20-6 vs the Jets. 6,028 yards 36 TD's 12 INT's. 62% Completion percentage. Rating of 91. 108 rushing yards and 2 rushing TD's. In our 6 wins vs Brady only 1 of them were by more than a single TD.

    Fuck Mo Lewis.

Terry Bradshaw was better. Tammy Gurl would have never survived more than 5 years in the 1970's NFL. Only reason why he has these stats is because he has been pampered for his entire career.

A coach who has the balls to go for no-brainer 4th and 1s and try to put a game away late? You think maybe? Sorry, Rodgers and Brady aren't making the decisions on 4th down and creating gameplans designed to protect a lead. You act like Brady coaches the entire team, comes up with the entire gameplan and does it all. He is one guy on the team, playing for the greatest coach of all-time, and with a team that had a number of remarkable defensive performances early in his career. You guys impute qualities to him that he does not have, and then just lean on the team W-L stuff as your failsafe.

Rodgers is a better player. Not by much, but it's noticeable when you watch them play. Brady's legacy is secure, he doesn't need people exaggerating team accomplishments as his individual accomplishments to prop him up.

Uh, two healthy legs? Green Bay wins that game going away if Rodgers is healthy.

the first one where his D became the first D in the history of the SB to blow a double digit 4th qtr lead blowing a 14 pt lead in the 4th only to be rescued by one of the greatest drives in SB history led by Brady?

the last one where he led his team back from 10 pts down in the 4th qtr becoming the first team EVER to come back from 10 pts down in a 4th qtr of a SB and win? against an all time great defense too. The INT was nice but if the D was any good Seattle doesn't score a TD w/ 30 secs left in the 1st half and get in position to win it on the last possession.

Please stop. If you don't have anything semi intelligent to post just move along.

he was as healthy as Brady was in the SB, Rodgers was moving around great at Seattle unlike the week before. They didn't lose b/c Rodgers was hurting.

I'll have to look up the first. But his last one if the Pats D don't int that ball on goal line that a TD. Plus if Brady doesn't throw those 2 ints one in the end zone. People would be talking about that. I'm not a guy who thinks SB's wins makes you the greatest in a team sport.

My bad I was thinking of the SB when they played St.Louis. The D held that high power offense to only 17 points. Plus the D had a pick 6. The D also had 3 turnovers and Brady only threw for 162 yards. I would say it was the D not Brady.

He led his O to 28 pts against one of greatest D's of all time including 14 in 4th qtr down 10.

it's not just SB wins, he consistently gives his teams chances to get to SBs. 9 title games and 6 SBs are ridiculous. Only 2 times in his entire career has he not played in the divisional round- 2 times!

In 13 years as a starter:

    9 title game apps
    6 SBs
    11 div rd games
    missed playoffs ONCE
    lost in WC rd ONCE
One and done just 2 times

all this for a franchise that was headed into the toilet before he took over.

For fun let's compare this to Manning:

    16 seasons(Brady 13)
    4 title game apps(Brady 9)
    3 SBs(Brady 6)
    10 div rd games(Brady 11)
    missed playoffs twice(Brady once)
lost in WC rd 4 times(Brady once)
One and done NINE times(Brady twice)

what he has done has been ridiculous, SB wins are only part of it. He has consistently elevated teams, some teams which had no business of being a SB contender. Imagine Peyton trying to get to a title game w/ Reche Caldwell and Jabar Gaffney as his top weapons or win a SB w/ Julian Edelman as his #1 WR.

that was the first one,. the D played great for 3 qtrs. then became the first D in the history of the SB to blow a double digit 4th qtr lead blowing a 14 pt lead that SB.

SB history blowing double digit 4th qtr leads:

SB XXXVI Pats led Rams 17-3, Rams tied it 17-17. Brady leads GW FG drive
SB XXXVIII Pats led Panthers 21-10, Car comes back to take 22-21 lead then tie it at 29 before Brady leads GW FG drive.
SB XLIII Pitt leads Ari 20-7 entering 4th. Ari takes 23-20 lead before Ben leads GW TD drive.
SB XLIX Sea leads NE 24-14 entering 4th. NE scores 2 TDs to win 28-24

That's ok to think he isn't the best but he's definitely in the discussion. It's hard to separate these great QBs but I believe he's the best I have ever seen. Not the most gifted but the best.

We can go back and forth all day we both would have good points. Just like you could throw Jim Kelly into the talks. Yes he lost 4 straight SB but hell he got them to 4 straight. We both know he should had won the first one.

No Jim Kelly does not belong anywhere near a list of the greatest of all time. Really good QB, deserving HOFer but way down the list of HOF QBs.

I do agree he definitely should have won the first one.
