Bohanon was worst fullback in league in 2013, injured in 2014.
he lacks the most important skill for fullbacks....blocking.

i don't think he'll make the roster this season.

All 3 guys have been starters. Winters is still a developing lineman. They said the same thing about Slauson and he's having a decent career. They also drafted William Campbell who I think is still with Buffalo.

i agree Winters might still be salvageable.
his style of play reminds me exactly of Slauson. will kick your ass in a phone booth, and pulls wells.
just reacts slow on pass protection, and then is too heavy footed to recoup.

all in all, i think Winters is slightly more agile than Slauson, and i hope he can start putting it all together.
he'll get a shot this camp.

literally, the worst ranked FB in 2013, primarily due to his blocking rating.
the blocking rating was very poor in 2014 prior to injury as well. that's not going to cut it, especially when offering little to the receiving game.

Basically I still believe in the three year rule for evaluating a draft. Some guys are a lot slower developing. That's why I don't get cutting Jalen Saunders.

Bohanon is not even worth talking about. Fullbacks themselves are obsolete and should rarely if ever see the field anymore and Bohanon is a bad fullback, at that.

Idk how good or if he even plays specials but that's about the only reason he should be on the roster or see time on the field next year.

he doesn't play specials.. Connor at least does play on return teams.
i agree the FB has to find other ways to contribute, whether it be specials, pass protection, some H-back duty, etc.....

if he doesn't play specials he should be cut. crappy fullbacks are a dime a dozen. get one who plays special teams. or better yet go without a FB and use the roster spot for other more important positions..

Then if so bad why didn't they cut Bohannon. He started both seasons.

FBs are dinosaurs. I never ever ever want to waste a draft pick on one ever again.

probably because of who they had making decisions? A terrible, in over his head general manager and a head coach who's offensive mindset is stuck in the 1980s where fullbacks were relevant.

both of whom were relieved of their duties as you know.

just because he started definitely does not mean he's good or should have started

Look they benched players including higher draft picks. And cut recent draftees. And most teams including the Patriots have a fullback. These guys aren't often used for anything other than blocking but occasionally are. I think Devlin had only a play or two in the Super Bowl. The Jets didn't use Conner at all on running or pass plays until the last few games. And he actually made a few good plays.

    That's a myth.

He still has a desk in a small custodial closet in the basement of Florham Park.

    Like in Office Space.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned Kyle Wilson. Does he make this team next year. Since we
are talking about playing who suck.

He is an unrestricted free agent.

We do not have to lift a finger to get rid of him.
