Had to chop the BBQ Ribs as I left them on just a bit too long. And it wouldn't be a Smoke without... Pulled Pork and Cheese Mac! I'm a huge fan of Bullseye BBQ sauce and White Zen. Yeah, it ain't fancy, but man it gets the job done!
