I'm learning the Stumps. Had to chop the BBQ Ribs as I left them on just a bit too long.

And it wouldn't be a Smoke without... Pulled Pork and Cheese Mac!

I'm a huge fan of Bullseye BBQ sauce and White Zen. Yeah, it ain't fancy, but man it gets the job done!

Start small! It's a snow day out, experiment.

If you want to make an incredible dish that's really simple--make something called Weeds with Sausage.

PM me if you're interested and I'll send you the recipe. Takes less than an hour and you'll love it. One of the easiest and most delicious things I make.

My wife was the worst cook in the world. Thank the Lord I love to cook or my kids would have starved.

Seriously, when she cooked, my kids knew it was dinnertime when the smoke alarms would go off.

    True story.

Matt, Terry Thompson's "Cajun - Creole Cooking" (original edition) is an instructional treasure trove.

This sucker is a veritable bible for all things "N'awlins."

Mine cooked some burgers in a toaster oven, figured 20-30 minutes would work...on each side.
