Yeah it's weird I really don't know Seattle's styles beyond the basics. If they can't get pressure or at least a couple knock downs with 4 up front what do you think that does to the passing game?
This one could really go either way and I wouldn't be surprised. I just hope for a close, entertaining game more than anything.
Only prediction I'm going to make for this game: The Patriots will declare a player ineligible in the 6 eligible receiver set. He will line up outside of the tackle, inside of the WR's. The Seahawks will not cover him, per Pete Carroll's instruction and the Patriots will backwards lateral to him, which is legal. Not saying it will be successful, but I feel like this will happen.
This game comes down to 1 player: Russell Wilson. If he plays great: Seahawks win. If he plays okay: Seahawks win. If he plays bad: Patriots win. I expect the Patriots to force the game into his hands.
Yeah I think seeing how Sherman and Thomas can tackle... that will be a big deal since NE likes to run a lot of those quick WR screens and hitch patterns.
Expect a lot of trickery. The Refs say they are ready and im sure SeaHawks are also ready and will adjust accordingly. Also there's this : ‘WE’RE AS READY AS WE’RE GOING TO BE’
They are playing a team that isn't running anything but basic sets, that relies on performance instead of trickery. Belicheat will probably be celebrated for giving his team some time off but the reality is that he can't prepare against talent. If the legion of boom wasn't almost entirely injured, I'd predict a two digit win for Seattle.
What I heard on the news tonight. Uppers at the SB that went for 2k last week are over 7k tonight. I just checked Stubhub and it's true!
Yep this is the only thing left on that damn type of play they haven't attempted yet......my prediction Seattle returns it for a DTD
Fuck this pregame coverage just washing Belli's balls. They are just talking about the formations and explaining it away. Who cares about that. HOW ABOUT THE DEFLATED BALLS YOU PRICKS
I think being indoors favors the Pats. All signs point to them winning. But replica's of Seattle's D cause Brady to struggle. So it could get ugly for him against the actual Seattle D. But I could honestly see this game going either way. Could also see it being a Pats blowout or close win or a Hawks blowout or close win.
Roger Goodell declined an interview with NBC today. Who's gonna fine him? Gronk decides this game. He's the talent that can break any defense. If the Seahawks can pass rush effectively that Gronk has to stay in an extra second or that Brady doesn't have time, they'll win. If they need to shift their D and coverages to cover him, they lose.
I'd like to watch the game today with one of our kids whose a Jets fan believe it or not. Because him and his brother only rooted for winners growing up. I think he's going to play Madden instead with the Jets vs somebody in his Madden Super Bowl. Maybe I'll watch that game instead. Go Jets!
Plan is to spread them out apparently. If gronk is contained I can see seahawks winning by 2 TDs. Sent from my LG-LS720 using Tapatalk
