This guy obviously watches too much TV. He thinks this is "Law & Order", or "CSI". He thinks the NFL, or any professional sports league for that matter, is a court of law. Lance Armstrong won seven Tour de France races. Roger Clemens won seven Cy Young Awards Bill Belichick and Tom Brady have won seven AFC Championships. There is absolutely no difference between the four. None will ever spend time in jail, none will ever be convicted of a crime, yet all four are GUILTY.
So let me get this straight, the NFL decides to ask scientists from Columbia University if the atmospheric pressure theory is plausible. One of the main scientists tells them that he highly doubts that to be the case and that he thinks "more likely than not that they were manipulated". A few things of note: The head ref was very anal, and he has no doubt that all balls were measured before the game with a device, and not just squeeze tested. 11 balls were under inflated and the 12 th ball was the one that Jackson intercepted and was also under inflated, but they kept that separate (presumably bc it went through a different chain of custody). He said the officials were late at the 2nd half bc they hadn't finished getting all of the Pats balls re inflated to spec as they only really have about 12 minutes. He said they only measured some of the Colts balls for reference. Let me rephrase, All 12 were under limit!!
