I wouldn't be surprised if this defense was premeditated knowing full well they could be caught some day. I said it in another thread but knowing what we do about the pats organization and looking at the fumble statistics it wouldn't surprise me at all if they had been methodically deflating balls for years. They could justify the risk thinking it was unlikely they'd be caught but even if they were how could anyone ever prove it?

    An apology. smd kraft.

Now what happens if they get the ball boy to talk. You know what'll happen. They'll call the guy a liar!

Well I mean, the real question is what did/are the Pats doing we don't know about. This caught up to them and in addition to the SpyGate and generally perception it snowballed. IF the Pats just kind of did their ignore it thing, I don't think it snowballs. But the Pats picked this to be their battle about their perception.

If the ballboy doesn't talk, the league has nothing.
And the Pats get away with walking that line, the Patriot Way.
Nothing is going to happen to them, anyone who thinks otherwise is dreaming.

If former Jets staff are somehow behind a bunch of low blow media leaks designed to smear god help you clowns. You'll have a team which has made the complete transformation from NFL team to kids who rocks at other kids on bikes.

It's definitely on the list of possibilities.

We know that Woody would throw anybody under the bus. Except himself. As for Kraft. No way he apologizes. The over under on that is that he gets the apology.

Obviously the Colts have been caught double reverse cheating with their game balls.

Of course it wasn't a sting operation. If the NFL had any idea that the Patriots were going to cheat and were trying to catch them in the act, they would already have all the evidence they need (assuming they want to go public with it, that is.)

Everyone's grasping for straws, but you are one of the biggest offenders.

I'm not promoting it as truth, I'm promoting it as a possibility - since every other one seems to have been thought of.

I told you once and I'll tell you again. Kensil is the NFL VP of Game Operations. It's his fucking job to look into this. So don't try and use this as a Jets conspiracy against the Patriots. But you know what. If it was true we'd admit it. No problem. Something you and your organization would never do.
