They were punished for PED use, correct? Have they tested positive again? While we are at it, someone test Blount. The rebirth of this guy is amazing, it must be coaching.
Yeah, Mike Kensil who is NFL VP of Game Operations is the ex-Jets exec you're talking about. Why don't you tell the whole story while you're at it instead of insinuating any chicanery against the Patriots. The only chicanery is by them. Kensil is doing his job.
He is freindly with all owners but he is more freindly and better freinds with guys like Kraft,Mara, Rooney etc. There's one thing I do know ....he def doesnt hang out at Woody Johnsons house
The other teams got wise and closed up everything as NE couldn't get to them. JMO Besides he would never "allow" them to cheat.
Commissioner should be completely unbiased. Having a dinner at a teams home leading up to a game questions integrity of the game. Kraft-Goodell dinner is beyond stupid for a Commissioner of Professional sports.
Some of the best made deals are made over dinner. Nothing with having dinner other than opening a can of worms. Doesn't this idiot think the possible consequences (right or wrong)B4 doing things?
You and I have no knowledge of proper protocol for the Commish in terms of socializing with team officials and owners. You're just making up your own rules. I'm sure Goodell has been in many social situations with Woody. As a matter of fact I think Woody is friends with Kraft.
Goodell, i think, is the worst thing going for the NFL at the moment (as far as keeping things 'fair' and unbiased). After Goodell, Of course, the Patriots are the shame of the NFL.
It's great they are all friends. A dinner at the owners home leading up to the game is going to raise eyebrows, or at least it should. You know why? because it's wrong. If goodell is going to have dinner at Krafts home he needs to have dinner at the Colts home too. Surprised you are having a tough time seeing disparity here.

They were not that good. Specifically, they're player personnel moves have been putrid and, on offense, they've essentially been "Brady and a bunch of crap" with very few exceptions (3 years of Moss, 2 healthy years of Gronk and massively-overrated Welker).
