I'm very interested by the reaction of a lot of ex-players (Aikman, Brunell, Rice). I don't see this story going away anytime soon. I'd go so far as to say that the legacies of both Brady and Belichick have been irrevocably harmed. It had been a long time since spygate and another Superbowl win would have put Brady and Belichick in the Montana/Walsh discussion. I think that's over now. The cheating stigma and corresponding asterisk isn't going anywhere.
Donovan McNabb: "This is the longest I ever seen New England allow any player to speak. I think it's bad move by the ball club."
Hard to believe BB did this without Brady being involved. So, either both were in on it, or Brady did this on his own.
even most Boston media people. only the majority of their fucktard frontrunner bandwagon fan base buys it.
this thread is over. Didnt the NFL say they'll conclude in 3-4 days? If correct tomorrow is Friday and you are telling me they didnt question Brady yet!? It just goes to show how much the league really thinks about this issue. To them its nothing so nothing will happen here. NFL was just playing everyone since Monday morning.
@JetsVilma28 I'm serious. Hell, if Ray Lewis was at that conference Brady would literally shit on the stage.
Pretty much. This has been a sham of an investigation, proven by Brady's comments that nobody has talked to him yet about this. The NFL was never going to do anything. They're going to sit on this for as long as they can and hope the clock runs out, just like they did with the Mueller Report.
Brady didnt have to tell the media if the NFL contacted him. Im sure they did and they probably told him to not make it public. Or maybe they didnt and he just wanted to say that. Even still its very hard to believe that no one from the NFL has contacted him. I hope that isnt true cause if it is it shows so much incompetence.
Just watched Belichick and then Brady speak on this (can't believe I got sucked in....kind of like a mini OJ trial, it's more interesting than it should be and you find yourself intrigued in spite of yourself), Brunell didn't believe Brady at all, said he should have been able to tell the difference in air pressure in the balls he was using. Jerome Bettis said the same thing, NFL players are intimately involved in their equipment and he knew a lot more than he let on. He was also inconsistent; on the one hand he specified the psi's he prefers in his balls, and on the other hand he claimed he couldn't tell the difference ...lol obviously that's pretty ridiculous. Brady's squeaky-clean image continues to take a hit. First he goes all "hollywood" on us dating a supermodel, then he admits to defiling himself with pornography (a clean cut All-American image tarnished by admitting to self-abuse, adolescent behavior at best, and supporting a medium that abuses and degrades women), and now he apparently lies outright to all of us, while actually laughing it off with a smirk on his face while claiming to support the "integrity of the game"...... WOW I'm glad I'm not a Pats fan right now is all I'm saying! (btw Belicheat also looked like he was hiding something in his response)
yeah and you are one of the many who believe man did not land on the moon.... freaking people kill me the truth is before you 29 other teams are pissed their fans are pissed because it is cheating but you think it did not happen.......
He likes has ball at 12.5 PSI but he can't tell the difference? Really Brady? Do you think the whole world is that dumb?
