It does make it easier to throw, and it's a big deal because they broke another rule (which I find hilarious because the week before Brady told the Ravens that maybe they should read the rulebook)

Even more disgraceful is the league not contacting Brady yet.

Only allegations of cheating in the AFC Championship game, no big deal.

ESPN should send Ray Lewis after Brady for questions.

You left out 'the weather on our side of the field was ten degrees worse than on the Colts' side of the field and that's what deflated the balls'

It's not a big deal at all, some guys like balls more deflated, some like them pumped up more. I think the use of the sticky gloves are a much bigger issue but they are "legal".

if NE didn't have so many issues in the past no one would be talking about this now. all small issues turning into one big one.

You don't need excuses if it didn't happen. The butt hurt on this board is enjoyable.

And here we go again. The pink coward Commissioner stays in the back pocket of Kraft and the Patriots. Marshawn Lynch gets threatened with suspension if he wears gold colored shoes to the NFC Championship game for violating uniform code........ but Brady deflates balls in violation of code, in an effort to cheat....... and................................ nothing will happen. The NFL is a joke.

There are specifications on how inflated the ball is supposed to be. I don't care if Brady's likes softer balls, it's against the rules, and they deflated the balls FOR BRADY after Referee inspection. They broke the rules and it benefited Brady because it's easier to grip the ball in the cold / rain.

Yes, I agree this is getting more exposure because they have been caught cheating in the past.

I thought BB was actually telling the truth, but I had a tough time believing Brady. I can't see how he didn't know. He's the QB of the team for crying out loud.

If what didn't happen...it's already been reported ALL THE PATRIOTS BALLS were deflated below league standards and eleven of them significantly. It's just a question of 'who' deflated the balls from the time the refs checked them before the game till the end of the first half. Clearly they're going to make some stooge ballboy walk the plank on this and that's just fine with Goodell cause he wants this swept under the rug but everyone knows it's horse****

Are you under the impression the scales that the balls are weighed was wrong?

I don't know if either were telling the truth, but Brady stood there for over a half hour answering every question, while BB stuck to 3 canned answers.

I can't help but laugh that nobody has even considered the fact that the report from mortensen is effed up (espn has been reporting it incorrectly ever since by the way)... if Brady presented them to the refs half inflated... and they remained half inflated.

Then I don't care. Not after Rodgers said he tries to get them by the refs OVERinflated.
