Yes...I can believe Brady done this on his own BUT BB should still be suspended.

Believing that BB doesn't disturbingly micromanage the Pats organization, including playcalling, press conference content, and who the ball boys are and who tapes the opponents' practices, then you're mistaken. We all know he planned his presser and Brady's subsequent "response". It's plausible that any NFL team wouldn't be unified under scrutiny amid scandal but this is the week before the SB and the Pats are airtight compared to NO.

Of course he should. They both should, if Brady was complicit in this, but at the very least Belichick should be suspended.

They can't use the "well, he didn't know" excuse. That didn't fly for Sean Payton, although I'm sure that Goodell will do his best to make sure that it does for Belichick, just as he did for himself when he claimed ignorance in the whole Ray Rice fiasco.

This would be funny as hell. If at the end of the season Brady wanted out of New England for BB throwing him under the bus and he signs with the Jets. That would kill BB.

Is there a roster of the media in attendance? I have to believe its all Boston media -- softball questions.

Baltimore, Indianapolis, Seattle and New York media should have fun on Media Day next week.

If it was another player I would say yes he 100% knew but I'm sure Brady can do what he wants and not worry about BB doing anything about it.

That was a BB quote. After they put a beat down on us a couple years ago, BB said "Number 1 Defense in the league, suck my dick".

I think little will come of this as far as punishment.

I don't doubt that Belichick gives Brady that kind of freedom to do what he wants to do on the team without Belichick knowing about some of it. Most teams do give superstars like him more freedom than the other rank and file players.

But, if Goodell wants to save face, Belichick must be suspended too, or I think Sean Payton has grounds for some kind of a grievance. The whole "ignorance is no excuse" ruling against Payton would look pretty hollow and prejudiced if Goodell allowed a repeat cheater off the hook for using the exact same defense.

Then again, Goodell has already used that defense himself in the Ray Rice incident and then subsequently let himself off the hook for it, so he's already a hypocrite in that department anyway.

They were pretty tough actually. I kinda felt sorry for him. Of course every answer was, I've told you every thing I know.... the league is investigating.

I've said BB should be suspended no matter if he knew or not.

Sorry, my bad. I think I misinterpreted what you'd said. My fault.
