Are you guys watching Brunnell on ESPN? Wow, he is touching the 2 different footballs and says it's a "HUGE" advantage.

Whether anything comes of this or not, it is just so much more fun watching Pats fans squirm and us being able to dump on the Pats rather than having to listen to the media felate these douchebags--reminds me of the SB when they got caught filming.

I know it's pathetic, but it's the only thing we have to hang on to.

Dude I thought it was total nonsense until now. ESPN has 4 former NFL players feel the difference in the balls, they all to a man say it's a huge advantage in throwing, receiving or not fumbling.

Steve Young was on the radio this am--it's not a mirage, it's known by all QBs.

I swear against the Ravens the Patriots in the 2nd half fucked with the balls...No way the Pats could come back two times 14 points down

Nah, this is the Patriots. They always get the benefit of the doubt. They get caught for SpyGate and the media rips the Jets for "taddling" on them. One team drafts a guy who smokes pot and they are ripped apart, the Pats draft a murder and for some reason it doesn't reflect negatively on them as an organization at all. Their owner accuses Putin of stealing a Super Bowl ring and nobody calls them a circus. They bring in Tebow and nobody calls them a circus. They have players, coaches and an owner who cheat on their wives/GFs and the media says nothing.

If they win the Super Bowl all the media will talk about is overcoming the adversity and distraction of this silly investigation over them.

They've probably been doing it since the Kansas City game. Everything came together after that. They played like dogshit before that. Then magically they got good.

Brunell's first word upon feeling the deflated ball was "Wow". He said he can probably throw this ball an extra 10-20 yards further than a regulation ball. he also said it's a huge advantage in inclement weather as he will always have a perfect grip with the deflated ball.

Which is why it would have been better if this came out after the SB. Everything is out in the open now.

I was trying to post a link to that blog. My phone wouldn't let me paste it though.

Fun seeing a 30 something lose it though. Boston sports fans in general are beyond over the top.

The Colts equipment manager noticed it after the first Colts Patriots game earlier in the season. Each team uses their own balls. He happened to get his hands on one of the balls after Colts intercepted Brady. Immediately, he noticed the ball was under inflated and brought it to the attention of the NFL.
