His playcalls were pretty good but there was never any consistency to them, we'd run the ball well and all of a sudden go long periods of time avoiding the run game, we never really had an identity on offense.

You can find something to criticize with every OC; it's job part of the job. The bold and having some continuity is good enough for me as the mystical perfect OC does not exist. If we were to improve at QB, I think MM would be just fine.
I don't want continuity that's for sure. Especially false continuity directly related to horrible offenses that resulted in the clean slate we have anyway
at the end of the day I think we get Gailey anyway.. he's just trying to drum up $$ /his interest. He's been out of football for 2 years, we haven't heard interest on him from anyone but the Jets but now he has "multiple" suitors that he's mulling over. yeah, ok
