Green Bay has no one but themselves to blame. They had so many chances to seal it. Seattle played horrible for 50 minutes of the game and Green Bay just totally Choked. 2 times on the 1 and settle for a field goal. 1 TD they win. Muffed onside kick, TE hangs on to the ball GB wins. Clinton Dix makes a play on a floating 2 point conversion and GB wins. Seattle got very lucky and Green Bay did the worst choke job I've ever seen....and I'm not a believer in clutch or choke stats but there's no other way to describe GB today, total choke.
Holy shit. Not that it matters but some of the earlier protestations about this game being over now look pretty funny. Come on Luck. _
Seattles going to win the Super Bowl, they played awful, they have been given a 2nd life. Go get prepared for the Super Bowl.
"God is so good, all the time!" ~Russell Wilson OK he's my new favorite QB, now that Tim Tebow's no longer in the league.
Green Bay also got very conservative in the 2nd half, I mean only rushing 2 people on 3rd and long? REALLY???
Now from one game that reaffirms why I'm a football fan, to a game that will likely make me wish I wasn't. Bleh.
I'll admit it, I thought GB was going to pull away in the second half, amazing what a play making QB can do for the team. Dom capers should have kept safety help over the top, these DCs taking unnecessary chances in these type of games really bugs me.
Unbelievable. I was boycotting watching the playoffs, but I couldn't believe what I was seeing on my phone so I had to watch. Stunning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It is a choke job, when Wilson threw the 4th pick you cant lose that game. Seattle got the ball back and Wilson should have thrown a 3rd pick to Clinton Dix, went right through his hands etc. How do you allow 3 TDs in what? like 6 minutes? Seattle scored at 2:09, 1:20ish? and then OT TD...... Crazy stuff.
I hate Luck. Hate this next game. Can't bring myself to root for Luck my preferred result is Brady winning this then getting demolished by the dirty birds. I'd rather have Luck win the SB if it came down to either beating Seattle though. So it's a real quandary of what I want to root for. I think the best course of action is to hope for a lot of injuries and inept play on both sides leading to the luckier but worse team winning to become sacrificial lambs in the SB. Unlikely but that's the only really good result I can foresee given my hate for Luck.
I love the people who blame it on going for 3 early in the game. If they don't go for 3, they more than likely get ZERO. The only reason the Packers even scored 22, is all the TO's giving them the field position for FG's. They never had to drive the field or drove the field the entire game.
