Amaro will be fine I think, his drops were untimely but he showed a lot of promise catching the ball in stride and putting it away quickly, he always had the instinct to shoot for open space when he wasn't blanketed, I think we got a keeper in this guy although I don't know that anyone will ever mistake him for Gonzales or Graham.
Oh I agree that he will be fine. The guy set records at the collegiate level at a position that requires you catching the ball to show up on the stat sheet. It's not like he just flat out doesn't know how to catch.
You were true to your word and stayed on the topic at hand for a minute. But you just like talking about yourself too much to spend more than a minute on topic.
Yes, I know ... I selfishly corrected his mis-characterization of my opinion. How dare I? Is this going to be one of those situations where you troll every post I make for the rest of the day? Or are you finished embarrassing yourself now?
No trolling, just amusing myself with your self-absorption. Please continue to elucidate the startling similarities between Chan Gailey's spread offense and that putrid amalgamation that we had to witness vomiting out of Schotty's playbook.
Last time we had an OC this good his name was Dan Henning. I'm extremely stoked about our new staff from GM to HC to OC.
and Henning came with a lot of criticism as well because he was a failed HC and had recent failures prior to taking over that Jets offense.. they hated him in Buffalo as OC in 1997
I am not a Dan henning basher, I thought he did a decent job in Miami but his lone year as OC in 2000 was awful. we lost Keyshawn and had Chrebet and ward as our starting WRs w/ Curtis Martin in his prime and he threw the ball 5 million times. Vinny didn't have the weapons to throw to(Chrebet very good player, not a #1 WR) but instead of riding Curtis we rode Vinny and it cost us that season.

and the other 2.5 million was the midnight miracle when they got behind and had to throw out the playbook completely
I would love to know the reason why he has been out of the league for two years, that's a long time for a coordinator. Was it by choice? He hasn't been a OC since 2008 and hasn't called a play since the 2012 season.I rather have some young unproven guy trying to make a name for himself
yes, the team we had a 14-0 lead against that couldn't score against us yet we kept throwing and throwing and throwing. he attempted under 30 passes in a game just 2 times that year, one in blowout win at NE and one in blowout loss where he was pulled early at Oakland.
