Surely should such a monumental upset occur, Gonzaga should jump, what, three spots in the AP poll?

Watching college basketball tonight. ESPN still can't figure out that a team is in the bonus when the next foul puts them on the line.

They've been screwing this up for years.

What am outstanding, heroic, inspiring win by Gonzaga over national powerhouse San Francisco. And they even managed to beat a 20 point spread!

This win alone should solidfy's Gonzaga's entitlement to a 1-Seed. But it gets no easier. Next up is the ever dangerous Santa Clara! This is a team that took Michigan State to the edge in a thrilling 27 point loss, and only lost to Tennessee by 7! Don't forget that victory over .500 Washington State!

If only the ACC has this kind of depth!

Great weekend in CBB, UK goes to 2 OTs, Heels win a thriller vs. UL, Wisconsin goes down, UVa wins a big one at ND and State crushes duke.

The Heels really battled against a very good UL team, down 13 w/ under 10 to play it did not look good.

What a disgrace. Awarding a team with a 1-Seed for playing in a joke of a conference.

Villanova should transfer to the Ivy league

top 4 ranking doesn't mean 1 seed but they are in the running.

'Nova practically plays in the Ivy now.

Ok, so educate me, and I am not being sarcastic here, I am being dead serious. We are now 15/16 games into the season, which is more than enough to draw some conclusions about the conferences. What measuring stick can we use about the strength of the conferences so far, if not RPI?

first off, I was joking about the Ivy comment. You need to relax once in a while.

second, I like what teams do in non conf play and how they get better in conf play. the strongest conf's are stronger top to bottom not top heavy.
