Regardless of Rex being the coach,Who wants to play in Buffalo ...they aren't gonna have an easy time bringing in free agents
Is this post a joke? The bills have interviewed more coaches than any other team in the NFL. They were up to 12 interviews a few days ago.
Except for Mario Williams, Brandon Spikes, Corey Graham, Jerry Hughes etc. Jets fans need to stop saying stupid stuff like no free agents want to go there, when they've landed more big time free agents than the Jets have.
Those people just hate that Rex went to Buffalo. Some of those people was also glad to see Rex fired. What I don't get if they think Rex sucked as a HC they should be happy to face him twice a year.
I am happy to face Rex twice a year...I don't hate Rex, personally I think he found himself in the same type of team as he had. In Atlanta or a team woth a QB he is a contender
If you can't beat em...join em! All this does is amplify the rivalry that has never really been a rivalry. Rex isn't god, and he will run into the same problems in Buffalo. Great defenses, and handcuffing himself on offense. Funny how people already miss his drive killing wildcat crap and/or trick plays when the offense was playing with a head of steam. But I suppose that was the prerogative of 3 different offensive coordinators. PS- Maybe Sanchez will do better throwing to Bills receivers, he did an excellent job throwing to their DBs! I also can't wait to see all the regurgitated things he said as a Jets HC. Play like a Bill! On to the next one!
Bills' management was obviously impressed with how well Rex had the Jets ready to play in Detroit when their team had to give up a home game and couldn't practice for a week.
Or they recognize that the Jets are devoid of talent and that no coach could polish that turd of a roster.
I'm sure you'll give the same excuse if Rex bombs in Buffalo. Jets talent for 2014 was way above 4-12. We are at the same level talent wise as the Bills.
How did they get better? By getting the same D genius that sunk us? I though they were looking for offense?
If there is one thing I am the most stoked about watching next year is that we will not run the wildcat offense! I am so happy! 2006 called, they want their offense back Rex...
... and here we have the first intentional strawman argument presented in the thread. Kudos to everyone; we managed to get 10 pages in before someone go disingenuous.
People are so delusional I cant fuckin stand it. Apparently people think Rex is some kind of god. Well he's not; he did the same things wrong for several seasons and he deservedly got his ass fired
