It's illegal because they quote my posts word for word yet don't mention my name in any part of the posts.

Matter of fact espn was caught doing this to the spurs forum I go to from time to time, they were literally using members analysis of games and using it in their own articles as their own material.

So yes I am offended if my posts are being posted elsewhere because those website in theory are profiting off of me because people are reading my words without mention of my name. They are taking potential financial gains out of my pocket AND Petrozzas because it's material written on his site originally (websites get money for views and people will go to various websites to read my literature that I posted here, but they don't give me credit for it.....)

And before the trolls start claiming I am lying about ESPN stealing from fan forums:

    http://deadspin.com/5910612/former-nba-coach-plagiarizes-spurs-message-board-for-espncom-column

Right there. Stolen from Spurstalk where I go to regularly, and apparently some of the stuff I actually posted was posted on ESPN but I never got verification of that (someone on Spurstalk told me through a private message)

So if ESPN came along and started taking my posts like they did Spurs Talk, it would be an issue.

Nah, they are by no means the best team in the league. They can put up good games but I can't see them beating the Seahawks. Honestly I think Peyton will come to play ball when he visits; I guess we'll see though.

The best option is if the Pats lose in yet another Super Bowl.

Wouldn't be surprised if the Pats magically moved the ball at will on Seattle. They destroyed the Lions D.

Wouldn't be surprised to see them continue to take advantage of the rulebook and run a hurry up while having guys declare ineligible right before the snap.

Ravens fume over Patriots ‘trick’ move on ineligible receiver

FOXBORO — The Ravens have been among the more vocal critics of the Patriots through the years.

That’s definitely not going to change any time soon.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh added fuel to the fire last night when he suggested the Patriots were guilty of something devious in the third quarter of their 35-31 AFC divisional round win. Trailing 28-14, the Patriots resorted to an unconventional offense featuring four linemen and either tight end Michael Hoomanawanui or running back Shane Vereen on the line as well.

Harbaugh became so animated after a 14-yard completion from Tom Brady to a wide-open Hoomanawanui, a player he felt should not have been an eligible receiver, that he was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct. Two plays later, Brady threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Rob Gronkowski to cut the deficit to one score.

“It’s a substitution type, a trick type of a thing so that they don’t give you the opportunity, the chance to make the proper substitutions and things like that,” Harbaugh said. “It’s not something that anybody has ever done before. I’m sure the league is going to look at it and make some adjustments.

“We wanted an opportunity to be able to ID who the eligible players were. What they were doing was announcing who the eligible player was then Tom (Brady) would take them to the line right away and snap the ball before we had a chance to figure out who was lined up were.

“That’s the deception part of it, it was clearly deception. The officials said after that, they told me they would give me the opportunity to do that. They probably should have done it during that, before the series, but they didn’t really understand what was happening. That is why I had to take the penalty to get their attention so that they would understand what was going on because they didn’t understand it.”

When asked if he felt it was cheap or dirty, Harbaugh refused comment.

The unconventional set certainly caught the Ravens by surprise. Defensive end Chris Canty, a 10-year veteran who has seen a lot during his days with the Cowboys, Giants and Ravens, admitted this was foreign to him.

“It was definitely pretty strange, I’ve never seen it before,” Canty said. “It’s definitely not something you see every day in practice. They came up with some sort of scheme and you have to give them credit for it.”

Brady was made aware of Harbaugh’s comments and wasted little time in responding.

“Maybe those guys got to study the rule book and figure it out,” he said. “I don’t know what was deceiving about that. (They) should figure it out.”

I expect a lot of cheap shots to Tommy next time around.

Rooting for Colts and a good game in DAL/GB. Think it would be fitting for Luck and the Colts to be the last team Peyton plays against. Predicting he's retiring.

Cowboys/Packers will be interesting. Rodgers potential injury, GB at home. The Cowboys front running defense.

Jordy and Dez. Hopefully it's a fun one.

When Adalius Thomas was asked about Spygate, he said who cares is we know every play that's coming. Block it. Tackle it.

No ones getting whipped, Cowboys have the better QB, better offense, clutch defense.

    Dalas wins 31-17
