Do you work in public relations?? If not you should. Maybe the Shanahans could hire you to promote them. Shanahan's kid is very underwealming.. And was your stat supposed to be impressive? 21 points in 9 of 11 games?? That's impressive?? It's not 1950 anymore... Did you see that Browns schedule as well? The easiest crap I've ever seen. Their offense was very predictable this year, no ingenuity. They won, modestly anyway until december, by Pettine's defense and not screwing things up on offense against some slap dick competition. He washed out of Cleveland, He washed out of Washington. One has to wonder why the demand? Oh yeah, because his last name..... I don't know enough about Quinn - maybe he's a good candidate, who knows. But Shanahan would be an uninspiring hire
Marvez: Dan Quinn will be next Jets head coach January 8th, 2015 1:57 pm FOXSports senior NFL reporter Alex Marvez said he believes Dan Quinn will ultimately be hired as the Jets head coach, according to people he’s spoken to. Quinn, currently the Seahawks defensive coordinator, is one of the six men confirmed to have interviewed for the Jets coaching vacancy. Marvez appeared on the Dan Patrick Show on Thursday and said Quinn has already started reaching out to assistants on other teams for coaching opportunities with the Jets (DP Show, Jan. 8).
No they didn't: SEA passing: 26 attempts, 206 yards SEA rushing: 29 carrier, 135 yards Most runs came in the 2nd half when SEA was holding onto x2-digit lead
If it is Quinn, his primary concern still needs to be to turn this offense around. This is a passing, offensive driven league. I want to see results on the offensive side of the football. The Jets offense can't be way below average anymore
Shanahan took Washington to the playoffs. He finished top 10 in total offense both years he was there and finished top 10 four times of the six seasons he's been an offensive coordinator. All with Quarterbacks he wanted no part of. And I'm in Public Relations and Marketing haha

I'm still waiting for how he KS done in DC. And before u say what he did for his RG3 rookie year again the only reason any of those QB did that good was because there was no tape on the read option. Tell me how these QB are doing now since the NFL has tape on it? I'm just speaking my opinion on KS. I live in DC so I heard and saw the shit with him. Here a fact for u Hoyer threw the same amount of INT's as did Geno in less games.
I thought he ASKED what had Shanahan done...he didn't make claims. That said, Kyle's record in DC was not as faintly praisable as his Cleveland resume.
I will say I hope Seattle loses saturday so we can find out if this report is true or not. And if it is, even more reason to hope they lose sunday so Quinn can get to work here. Go Panthers.
Shanahan's offenses have been pretty solid if I remember correctly. I wouldn't really pin his exit from Washington on his performance. That organization was a mess and a lot more went into that decision than the way the offenses performed. And I hope no one is putting stock into the Browns offense this year. They had a bad QB throwing to Miles Austin and Andrew Hawkins. Give me a break.
That's admirable. But I think he took the Redskins to the playoffs ONCE. And what's this nonsense "with QBs he wanted to part of..." You deal with who/what you're dealt. i'm sure he would have wanted the Good Manning, but there's only one of them.
And if he comes here? He will have a bad QB throwing to mediocre receivers as well. I'm supposed to be encouraged by that excuse?
This is barely readable, so I'll stick with the last sentence: Doesn't that speak to how little Shanahan had to work with in Cleveland?
Here's a better fact, Geno Smith was benched like 4 times in 2 seasons - that is absurd. I would rather have Hoyer here starting as sad as that is.
