Fixed it for you..........I'm going to throw some numbers out for you and you tell me what you think they are:

    25, 26, 16, 11, 20, 25, they are not powerball numbers either.

    there are circumstances behind each.

2006: inherited a QB who had 2 rotator cuff surgeries on his throwing shoulder including missing the previous season and helped lead Jets to 10 wins and playoff berth.
2007: Chad hurt again, played most of season w/ Kellen Clemens
2008: Got Favre month before season in new system for the first time in 16 years and Favre didn't want to be here and sabotaged our season
    2009: rookie Sanchez
    2010: O was good, 13th in scoring despite suspensions/injuries
2011: 13th in scoring again despite 3 of top 5 weapons entering season out of football in 2012.

Apart from his dad, I legitimately have no clue how he keeps getting jobs. Fans hated his play calling in NY. Fans hated his play calling with the Rams. Now watch him go to Georgia, screw that offense up and get a head coaching job at a power school.

Don't be mad because we see the truth and you don't. You keep living in that reality where Schotty was a GOOD OC.

We as Jet fans want greatness. You seem to be content with mediocrity.

I read the conversation between you and 101, I'm aware of the arguments being presented from both sides, and I did see every game in BS tenure with the jets.

Including the 67 pass attempt game against a ferocious Giants dline, or the game against the bills where we were up comfortably and running the ball well, and he had MS throwing from 5 receiver sets in the 4th quarter.

I'm also aware of the circumstances, but he was still a below average OC, if he were any good, he would have HC interview request flowing like wine at an Italian wedding.

He is what we thought he was.

he was a good OC, not great but good. got far too much blame but that will always happen w/ an OC.

Is mediocrity reaching title games? Last I checked in 6 years w/ him we had 1 losing season, made the playoffs 3 times, won 4 playoff games and made 2 title games. since he left we have had losing seasons 2 of the last 3 years and haven't sniffed the playoffs so if that was mediocrity please sign me up.

that's the excuse, the man made his career playing through pain but now all of a sudden the injury cost him. he played the same way in Dec he played most of that year- disinterested.

Your reaching big time junc. The guy did play thru the pain. He wasn't disinterested. If you tear a muscle in your arm or shoulder it becomes harder to throw a football. That's what happened.

if he couldn't play he should sat down, he played and gets evaluated on he played which was terribly costing us a rare division title.

    No argument there.

But you used the word "sabotage" hinting that he was trying to ruin our season which he wasn't

the man was helping GB opponents prepare for GB rather than studying his new offense. He was here for a year, wanted to be in Minny to stick it to GB. He sabotaged what should have been a div title season.

Haley is just as bad as Shotty. Just because they're better than Sporano doesn't mean they don't both blow.
