Brooks better have a plan for Dion or he's gonna steal so many possessions from KD and Westbrook

This is BULL. SHIT. I can't believe this trade. Slap me out of this nightmare please and tell me OKC didn't just trade Reggie Jackson for Dion Waiters. I love Waiters but my boy RJ is worth way more than that, plus waiters doesn't even FIT, we have 3 back up SG's now.. SIGN REGGIE JACKSON BACK!!!! LOL!!!

EDIT: OK thank you to whoever slapped me out of that nightmare! Reggie Jackson remains in OKC, and so does Waiters! Thnder actually traded LANCE THOMAS to the knicks. Good goin' Presti

No no no no, not Reggie.

I read Waiters trade and I was like yes! Please be us! I don't want to lose Reggie tho.

    So what is happening?

No worries. We kept him and we still have waiters. More importantly right now we're getting out asses kicked in GS

Yeah I knew that was a wrap when I turned it on with a minute til halftime. I'm thrilled. We basically didn't give up anything, and we got Dion Waiters. He's purely a scorer, but we need the bench help badly.

Im happy for waiters were from the same section of philly & he's on my team now... But im not gonna pretend he's not a younger JR smith. He's a gunner. I actually like our bench when they are clicking & im not sure how Mr. "I suck @ rotations" aka Brooks is going to utilize 3 bench SG's. Im guessing Roberson gets less time since he's not a good scorer and Morrow plays SF off the bench, or lamb

That was sad that he was all ready to start in front of friends and family, then got pulled because he was traded.

I'm really curious to see him in OKC. He's struggled being a spot up shooter and I just don't see him as a fit in the late game offense. Which is obviously interesting, because it seemed he wanted a bigger role in Cleveland, well OKC has 3 key pieces in KD, Westbrook, and Ibaka that should get the ball above him. And Brooks isn't know for the creative offensive type either.

Very interesting trade, could be short term/long term if Jackson isn't brought back next year. Avoid the luxury maybe? I think Jackson makes more than Waiters.

Spurs just lost at home to the Pistons.

Up 3 with 11 seconds left. Pistons ball. The Spurs foolishly foul right away, Pistons hit both. 1 point game.

Duncan then throws it away when trying to inbound the ball and the Pistons hit a buzzer beater.

Fouling when up 3 makes sense but not with that much time left. Only with 5 seconds or less.

I honestly have no idea what the purpose of this shit was. I don't see how it improves us, i just see it as a potential killer. I remember everything was going fine and dandy last season until we got Caron Butler then everything went down hill. Lamb was having his best year and got not only his minutes cut but his role on the team was pretty much non existent, and on top of that Brooks rotations turned horrible.

As far as Jackson, he's not returning after this season, thats already set in stone. That's why i think a trade is still in the near future involving him, gotta get value while it's hot, but he damn sure worth more than some waiters.

as far as the luxury, we dipped into for the first time after the trade. Why not do it for Harden but for Waiters... i have no idea.

refs then add a tenth of a second to the clock, so your only chance is a tip

The smart thing to do would have Duncan and Splitter at the hoop and have someone else throw it towards the rim and hope for a tip.

Instead, Duncan inbounds it normally to Ginobili (who was at least 10 feet from the basket). Game over.

    Mind boggling final ten seconds.

Addition by subtraction for the Pistons?

Seem to be winning without Josh Smith

Spurs are snake bitten and need Kawhi. Its reaching the point where they might as well just rest everyone up, not worry about the playoff seeding and see what happens....

If they rest everyone up, they could potentially miss the playoffs, even if they are the deepest team in the NBA with Mills back.

I don't think they should care much about seeding since they aren't getting home court anyway and they can beat anyone (so facing the 1 vs. the 3 isn't a big deal, IMO). But they still have work to do to make sure they get in. They're 3 games up on #9 and 3.5 games up on #10.

It wouldn't surprise anyone if they won the East.

LeBron and Rose* are busy taking off half the season, crippling Cleveland and Chicago. Atlanta is better than Washington and just as good as Toronto.

The East only has five teams that could even be considered average. Three bad teams are going to make the playoffs there, while two good teams are left out in the West.

*And when Rose plays, he has the Josh Smith Disease. He thinks he can shoot threes even though he can't, and he won't stop chucking. Rose has more threes attempted per game than assists, and he's shooting 26.4%. Not a very intelligent player.

And the spurs lost to a lowly blazers by 30 in 2013 and ended up in the finals.
