I thought it was clearly face-guarding, and therefore, PI. But, even if it wasn't, the issue I have is with picking up the flag.
It was P.I. The defender never looked for the ball and got in the wr way in an attempt to make the catch. Regardless it should of remained after a minute went by. Sent from my LG-LS720 using Tapatalk
Again, it was textbook face-guarding. That was 100% PI. But, that's not what I have an issue with. Bad PI calls/non-calls happen all of the time. What bothers me is that they picked up the flag. That's a big mistake by the refs and throws clouds and suspicion over the entire process. It's just a really stupid thing to do.
Not to mention Dez Bryant storming onto the field without his helmet to argue with a ref probably should have been a personal foul... should have called at LEAST one of those
Not throwing a flag when a penalty wasnt committed is one thing.... Picking up a flag when a call is borderline is another...... But when a penalty is so blatant that a penalty flag is thrown, ball is moved to the spot of the foul, the call on the field is announced to the crowd and then the call is reversed, is downright criminal. Shit like this questions the integrity of the game.......
At the 46 seconds Mark. Also live during the game they showed a better angle. It could have been a flag on either team, which in turn means no flag. It's the right no call. It was great coverage, which a crap te like Pettigrew wasn't going to escape for the catch anyway.
And for the record i wanted Detroit to win. Seriously people find a play to bitch about on every and any close game like this. Detroit blew it. Dallas came back. Idk why anybody here on a jets board cares in the first place.
You are the only non cowboy fan in America to see it that way. Congrats. Everyone else knows it was a hack job.
Well they say you can't let the refs beat you right? And who is to say Detroit would have scored anyway.
