    Just a personal fucking Rant.
I have Dish and since last Monday -- My Fox and CBS affiliate have both been pulled for contract disputes.
Along with Fox News, Fox Business and a few others.

So I am stuck here in Carolina and cannot even watch the Panthers/Falcons game or any other NFL game at 1 or 4 except for on the Red Zone Channel.

    Fuck You Dish Network.

Direct TV will be here on Friday, so I will have it back for the playoffs - plus I get Sunday Ticket free next year and will be saving about $80 a month for the next 12.

I guess it will be nice to see the Jets at home again next season, after having Directv in NY and then from 2002-2011 in NC, I switched to Dish after a fucking dispute with Directv's customer service.

Grab an antenna and stick it in the back of the tv. Scan for channels and cbs and Fox hd WILL be there.

Dish and Directv both suck. They start out reasonably priced, then bammm you are paying well over a hundred a month for hundreds of channels of nothing but infomercials and religious crap.

They both do -- but so does cable.
Fucking Time Warner down here you can't even get a straight answer on what you are paying for what when the bundle TV, Broadband and phone.
They don't itemize anything and if you cancel one part miraculously you don't save any money because you have a "bundle".

I think the real way to go is just call whomever you have and bitch every 2 years and threaten to switch.
My mom has been doing that with Direct TV for years and keeps getting the new promos.
