It's not the sexy pick by any means, but it makes alot of sense. What cracks me up more are Jet fans calling him a scrub after he has wiped the floor with us three times in a row.

It's not hard to do when our roster fucking lacks talent the way it does. We all know how bad this roster is, why would anybody be surprised by any team wiping the floor with us? That means nothing to me at all.

That argument is a huge problem, they look at the games they played against us and that's all they know. How did they do against the other teams in the league? How did they do against the good teams in the league? How did that offense do?

The guy hasn't done dick to impress me, in any way, he is a very unimpressive coach and I laughed at the Bills when they hired him. Now we might hire him, I'm embarrassed already, If we hire him I will lose my shit.

The guy's 2014 offense finished 26th, the Jets finished 22nd, how is this an upgrade?

I just wanted to state my case, I don't think he's a "great offensive mind".

Exactly what I think, his offense finished 26th, that's not the "great offensive mind" we need.

He was the Saints offensive coordinator when Brees came in and those offenses came in 1st, 4th, and 1st again.

His QB's were terrible, and his RB's couldn't stay healthy. That's like saying Rex can't coach defense because they were bad this year, or that Harbaugh is a shitty coach because the 49er's missed the playoffs. There's only so much great coaching can do, sometimes the players just suck.

Rex had a shitty secondary, talent wise, and he still managed to finish 19th, not 26th.

What a fucking joke this guy is and it sounds like the Jets are stupid enough once again to hire a coach before a GM and thus eliminating any chance of getting a good GM for the second time in a row.

He negotiated an escape clause with qualifications up front. Nothing disloyal about executing it. Everyone knew the score going in. They did not have to give it to him. They did not have to hire him. He is not a media star like our coach has been for the past 4 non descriptor years. What a pity. Interview him. Do not give him stupid escape clauses if you decide to hire him.

So let me get this straight: Marrone had an offense rated 26th to Rex's 22nd, and Marrone won 9 games to Rex's 4. What exactly is the comparison?

Apparently a lot of Bills players tweeting "Happy New Year!!" {wink wink} with this news......the guy is Rich Kotite....I'm telling you it will be a bad hire...

I still don't know how I feel about Marrone especially since I don't really want the coach hired before the GM this time...but Marrone DID do what we all wanted Rex to do with Geno/Vick in benching Manuel for Orton early.

And quite honestly why would anyone in their right mind want to leave the Bills for the Jets? The Bills have better talent on defense and less of a dumpster fire on offense.

In terms of experienced coaches, Kubiak would be a better option than Moron. And I'd honestly rather take a shot in Reich or Quinn before hiring him.

Moron isn't good. The players are happy he's gone, the fans of the team want him gone and we are here trying to sell ourselves on him. We were going to downgrade at head coach no matter what, but this would be more of a downgrade than Im comfortable with.

I've seen every game...especially the KC game where he refused to go for it on 4th and inches and basically lost as a result ...he tries to draw them offside instead...and this is his rep...too conservative ....their offense was awful this year...except against Rex....here's Jeremy Whites, WGR in buffalo, tweet from that KC game....White's an SU alum of all things and hates Marrone...so that's something [IMG]

I would never answer one of their questions. They are barnacles.
