I agree the best method is the draft, but it's not easy to find Russel Wilsons in the third and Richard Sherman's in the fifth rounds.

Ultimately you need to utilize both the draft and FA successfully. We seem to never get what we need from both at the right times.

I think Idziks conservative approach got him canned just as Tannenbaums aggressive approach did.

I think it was execution. Tannys plan was eventually going to hit a wall which it did and got him fired.

Idzik approached the team in a good fashion but I think the execution and maybe being on a different page with Rex got him fired. It's like the Jets never figured out what to do with geno or how to evaluate him. It's what happens when the coach feels like he's on the hot seat as the GM just shows up.

That is absurd, I appreciate what Rex did for this team but his time his up. Coaching cost us at least 3 games easy. I'm sick of the horrible in game management, poor coaching, and empty talk. Get a professional coaching staff, a better personnel department and watch this team take off.

Not really sure, but that sounds like an accurate description of what his job entails. However, I just want any and all debris associated with this mess completely removed.
