Problem is Bears teammates are at odds with Cutler and don't believe in him and I don't know if a coaching change will matter to that or not.

We know what Geno's issues are and that's why we are going to be looking for a new qb next year. However we are judging one play in a vacuum. That play wasn't all his fault.

see no it is bricks fault? the guy was protected pretty well today. geno has not pocket presence, has brick played like an all pro no but why defend Geno who has costed us more? I have never seen a worse starting qb keep getting chances. hell nagle was gone after one yr but we stuck around for 2 with the living turnover

yes it was the guy does not know when to get rid of the ball rather then force it somewhere when he shouldn't. He should have thrown it away rather then force it but it was bricks fault he did not do that right?

He could've thrown the ball at a spot to allow the receiver to go get it. The hit altered the pass.

This is because the QB is supposed to be the answer when things go wrong. He's the leader of the team. Nobody on offense can be the answer when the team is giving up 29.6 points a game over two years. Rex will fix that. Bears will give up 17 points a game next year and go 11-5 with any semblance of a good offense that Rex doesn't have to involve himself in. He can be the HC/DC again and leave the offense in somebody else's capable hands and unless Cutler turns into Rex Grossman overnight he'll make the playoffs in a breeze.

Nobody heard anything about Sanchez and his teammates or Geno and his teammates until Rex had given up on them. Same thing will happen in Chicago.

Geno stinks. Having said that, it was not a pick 6. Why does our D cave so often after a turnover? Also, Geno is good for at least one mindless sack a game.

a run on 3rd and 7 at the ten and a swing pass on third and goal. Great play calling.

Dalton Freeman looked okay filling in for Mangold. He didn't appear to be much use in the run game but pass blocking was serviceable. At least it's the end of the year and Nick has until training camp to heal up. No clue how serious the injury is yet but I see no reason to play him again this year.

Secondary was "decent" at times today, they didn't have edelman so that was another quick twitch slot type receiver we didn't have to deal with, I thought the cushions given to the receivers were a bit much at times especially in the red zone but thats a confidence issue on the DB or an awareness of where the sticks are. Marcus Williams had a pretty solid game coverage wise, got beat on a few stop/curl routes when he turned his hips too soon.

As many times we were in the red zone and just 1 td?? We are dead last or right next to it in the NFL. GeNO is the major problem, Not the O line, rb's or coaching.

Yeah the sacks/penalties/incomplete passes plagued us all year in the RZ.

Edit, also MM seems to go away from certain run calls in the RZ giving touches to CJ instead of Ivory, our inside blocking could be a bit better, Ivory has to bounce outside at times because of the lack of running lanes.
