he absolutely had a good game, it's not even debatable. good is not great, he made mistakes. you can make mistakes and still have a good game.

He's not Tom Brady, but he would win a SB with the Eagles over the team that actually has Tom Brady and a better team

It isn't hard to see who is a troll

He didn't have a good game Junc. Obviously we have philosophical differences in regards to what is classified as a "good game" or a "bad game" - throwing 2 INTs and making enough plays to me isn't a good game

2nd INT was in garbage time, you just cite blind #s. he brought his team back from 21-0 down and helped give them a lead. even after the INT they were only a score down and had a 1st down when the TE fumbled. you have no clue what you are talking about if you think he was bad.

Garbage time picks don't count but if you are a good enough QB to have your team in the game at the end so there is no garbage time but throw a pick, then apparently you aren't as good of a QB as the guy who finds himself in garbage time a lot.

Again, if you continue to argue with people who make absurd arguments you are wasting your time.

oh so it's all on Mark to have his team in the game at the end? he was supposed to prevent his D from allowing 38 pts and prevent his TE from fumbling. Got it.

absurd is the correct term for the ramblings you and others are posting if you are blaming Mark for losing the other night or if you are saying he was bad. Bad would be your QB who is putting up 13 PPG lately(or our QB), 27 pts is not a bad night which included bringing his team back from 21-0 down.

Mark Sanchez must be the unluckiest QB ever to always have his defense letting him down and other players keeping him from winning games

    PS...I don't like Tannehill. I'm not a homer

Do you realize, with you tarnishing my reputation and labeling me as a troll, its damaging my future business potential?. You are technically depriving me of potential financial gains in the future because no one is going to want to purchase anything from a "troll", when I open up my business. So keep it up, just because you disagree with my opinion, does not mean I am troll....

That's lawyer double talk at it's finest. The pick that led to 6 effectively ended the game.

Get a clue Junc, The Eagles were down 4 WHEN Sanchez threw the pick, they were down by 11 after the pick and short field drive by the Cowboys. You're statement, like most of your statements, is incorrect. 11 points is not a score down.

Did you even read the whole post, or just what fits your narrative?

Again, since you used the tougher competition crutch, he's how each QB did against good defenses:
A 2 turnover performance and a 3 point performance in the 4th quarter in a close game is not a good game. That first INT came within their own territory down by 4. Stop deluding yourself. 18.4 QBR, 60.4 passer rating. Why do you continue to ignore these stats?

At least Tannehill's shown improvement and not regression, unlike Sanchez when he was here.

LOL YES. Let's continue to blame a guy with three fumbles in eight NFL seasons and not the guy who had two more turnovers to add to his long lest of them in five NFL seasons. The guy is surrounded with so much talent offensively, and he still sucks. Stop making excuses. Stop using PPG as a barometer for QBs. If that's the case, Joe Flacco is better than Drew Brees. Any idiot would succeed in that system. And again, the only good defense Sanchez has faced is Seattle, and he was atrocious that game. He was atrocious against Dallas as well.

the pick was the last play of the 3rd qtr, they had an entire qtr to play and why couldn't the D get a stop? why couldn't they hold Dallas to a FG? either way Mark and the O got the ball back and got the game w/in a score and on their next possession after completing a pass for a 1st down on 3rd the TE fumbled.

my mistake, after they trailed by 11 Mark led them right down the field to pull w/in a score and the D actually got a stop and they had the ball w/in a score when the TE fumbled.

My statement may have been incorrect but my point, as usual, was correct.

I am not blaming anyone but the TE's fumble was much worse than Mark's INT. Keep telling me about 2 INTs as if the 2nd one mattered.

are you saying PPG is not important? I think an argument can be made that Flacco has been better than Brees this year. their PPGs are close, I'd have to look at D/STs scores to see who is actually in front.

You don't know what atrocious is. Seattle in the last 4 games has let up a total of 27 points, 14 of them against Philly. the other 3 games they allowed 13 total.

yes he has really improved from leading his O to 7 pts total the last 2 games of last year to averaging about 13 PPG in big games this year. what a transformation- and you are complaining about Mark leading his O to 27 pts.

you may want to watch games at some point instead of posting blind stats.

i honestly dont feel like reading the last 8 pages... but i think we are far enough in to say that mark sanchez is what mark sanchez is. his team has played well at times, it has played poorly at times. mark has played well at times and also played poorly at times.

the eagles are in a situation much like the jets were with mark. try not to let him hurt you and turn the ball over. and you can see that in the way that the eagles have called the game the past few weeks. btw doesnt it seem odd that the eagles are all of a sudden THE primetime team? i mean every single game sanchez has played has been a national broadcast. at least for me here in ct.

i still think the eagles will make the playoffs. they have 2 pretty poor teams left and the cowboys are bound to lose 1 of the next 2. i also think foles will be back by then and he will take back over. i also think that this team will be VERY VERY dangerous in the near future. the future looks bright in philly, sanchez however i dont see being a part of it. he should do everything he can to stay there but will probably go and try to be a starting qb... which would be a mistake on his part.

Where to start with this crap.
After the short field TD by Dallas, courtesy of Mark Sanchez, the Eagles defense gave up a total of 3 points. The Eagles in the last 23 minutes of the game managed just 3 points. There was a 15 minute or so gap where the Eagles offense was on a roll and put up 21 points, the other 3 quarters of the game? Crickets.

The Interception was much more important than the fumble, the interception led directly to 7 points...the fumble? It led to 3 points. When the pick occured the Eagles were 4 points behind, when the fumble occured the eagles were still 8 points down.
The Eagles were driving trying to get 2 scores in a little over 2 minutes, pick ends the game and any chance.

They scored 24 of 27 in the 2nd and 3rd qtr.

Dallas got the ball at the Philly 42 not at Philly 5. Why couldn't the Philly D at least hole them to a FG?

after that Philly kicked a FG in a quick 2 min drive, the D then got a stop and Philly had the ball back down just 8 w/ 8 1/2 to play. after completing a pass for a would be 1st down the TE fumbled it.

The interception hurt but it wasn't a killer, it was made worse by the D's inability to hold Dallas to 3 but they got the ball back in a 1 score game w/ plenty of time left before the TE fumbled- THAT was the killer.

Philly had under 2 mins left w/ no timeouts down 11. It was garbage time.

the D allowed 38 points- they were the main culprit

Mark led an O that brought them back from 21-0 down- how often does that happen? not very. once they got the lead the D gave it RIGHT back.

The Eagles defense didn't play well but they did set the Eagles up on the 14 yard line on the drive that took the lead. And the Eagle offense is at least partially responsible for getting into a 21-0 hole, just like the Eagle defense is partially responsible for the comeback.

The Eagle D does not get all the blame, the O needs to get some drives going, the O needs to not turn it over, Mark needs to avoid that INT but the main culprit for that loss was the Eagle D specifically their lack of coverage on Dez Bryant.

There you go again, always throwing everyone under the bus. I've never said the defense didn't play a role, but the sanchez led offense gave them little in the way of a break either. 21 unaswered points while driving one of the leagues most explosive offensive talent around him. they had a sprit of about 17 or 18 minutes during which they scored several times split between the 2nd and third quarters...40 minutes or so of nothingness....
