Ryan is not elite and never will be but if they stop relying on him as much as they have they can win. Run the ball more, he has the tools on D to make them a contender.

I think it would be funny if he went to the Giants and won a SB.

After last nite junc, we agree man. Cutler was awful. So bad in fact that I'm not so sure that the GnP would help him. The problem with Cutler is between his ears. Depends too much on his arm instead of what he's seeing in front of him. MAYBE the GnP might help him though.

I don't think that would be funny at all.

"The biggest potential road block for Ryan is he’s going to be a difficult sell for an owner to hire after he finishes 3-13 or 4-12 this season and out of the playoffs for the fourth consecutive year. So it’s possible he won’t even get a sniff this offseason."

This is why he's not going to be a head coach next year.

Having said that, I also doubt he takes a coordinator job. As people have been saying for months now, he should go do TV. It's a cushy job and he can make all of the preposterously delusional statements he wants without being charged with the accountability of an NFL head coach.

I'm sorry but I do. It would be even more funny if Idzik was still our GM. I think we are making a big mistake by firing Rex. By this time next year if Idzik still the GM everybody on this board will be saying we should had kept Rex.

If by this time next year Idzik is still GM, half this board will be on Suicide Watch and the other half off to Apathy land.

Atlanta or Chicago would be good fits. I wish him success wherever he goes unless it's to the Pats, Fins or Giants.

Can someone change the thread title to something less troll? Maybe I'll start a "Jay Cutler, Dez Bryant, and Demaryius Thomas to the Jets?" thread since that could be speculated for the offseason.

The Giants would never hire a failed Jets coach.
