RELEASE THE QUINN!!!! DAMN IT, I love this season so much. Although it's not perfect, the drama and tension is off the fucking charts. I swear if Quinn dies i will get so mad, they cannot kill Quinn. NO WAY, I need that ninja badass to go BEAST MODE the next 2 episodes and come back as the awesomeness he is.
Dennis is a bitch. I think he wanted his wife's belt to screw her even more. Quinn is an idiot who i honestly think will get killed. Carrie would eventually join up with him and they will both receive help from that ISI guy I'm sure (Carrie's contact).
Ehh, Newsroom was ok, I thought it was a cheap with what they did with that guy in the end. Also the imaginary father/son talk...rollseyes
I just don't see Quinn leaving in peace. 2 epi to go and I think at the end of the epi he'll encounter carrie who calls him insane while she sees if she can offer him help by contacting that ISI guy. After that its the season finale and Carrie would have no choice but to return home.
I have to admit I'm a little disappoint that the attack on the embassy was so short. I was expecting something more grandiose. Lockhart must resign or be fired. What an idiot. If Quinn didn't show up everyone would be dead. Twice now he let emotion cloud his judgment. He isn't fit for the job.
Same. I was wishing for at least one full epi of the takeover with a lot more action inside. Lockhart is done and will probably be replaced by....Saul.
Exactly . the father dying was a massive waste of screen time. I honestly thought this was one of the weaker episodes this season. The last 15mins saved it from being the worst. Also I'm a bit confused at the end. All the protection from a known terrorist then seeing Dar in the car; it leaves me wondering if ISI people are really as bad as they appeared. Or it could be Hasqquni (spelling) is working with the U.S in in taking over an area. I don't freaking know. My head hurts.
Also its safe to say that ISI knew Dar was there well before the protest. The friendly ISI guy warned Carrie at the end after all. Maybe the release of the terrorist was to help the goals of ISI and Dar/U.S... But then again why would the U.S kill their own people. Dar could be the ultimate mole. But why encourage Quin to return to the field after his drunken state and why pop up knowing Quin is out there loose? Saul being used was probably Dar's call since he knows him so well the capture was easy. I need to sleep....
They had to address the dad. The actor James Rebhorn died in real life unfortunately. Carrie has been annoying me these last couple of episodes. She's been kind of unrecognizable. They have been writing her out of character. Nothing they have shown us about her these last 4 season would suggestion she wouldn't be helping Quinn. She would be right along side of him. She's never been one to toe the line.
That was a fantastic episode...Although, worst part of the episode was Carrie telling Quinn that he has no exit plan if he kills Haqqini but then she decides to shoot Haqqani with no exit plan. What the fuck? I know she is crazy as fuck but still I seriously think this is the best season of Homeland. They need to make Dar Adal a main baddie for this show going into next season.
I just wish someone just wrote in the script to tell Carrie to shut the fuck up or slap he across the face for being a dumb bitch!
