Some good news in the race for the top pick: Derek Anderson will start over Cam Newton for Carolina against the Bucs this week. Probably gives the Bucs a much better chance to get their 3rd win
Tampa has a really good shot to win that game. Carolina is awful and Cam was their only saving grace. We'll fuck it all up though and beat the titans.

Richardson was hobbled for most of the second half of last game, Wilk may be out again, Geno is a mirage, and most of the team has been inconsistent since midseason. You act like there is zero talent on that Tennessee team. And they will be gunning for CJ. I think the Jets will win, and hope they do, but I'm not writing it down. Not after watching this team play on a neutral field against a Buffalo team that hadn't seen each other in a week and still get mercilessly pounded by more than 30 points. I think we havent seen the worst of Jets suck this season. But we both know that you are just rooting for the Jets to win, so they aren't in position to draft a QB. Which is pathetic. I'd never root for the Dolphins to win, it would make me feel dirty. But I guess you like that feeling.
When you say "we haven't seen the worst of Jets suck this season." I have a really bad feeling that it's going to be next week against the Patriots. Everything is setting up for that game to be one of the worst days in Jets history. Luckily, I'll be there, having foolishly bought tickets before the season in the hopes that a Week 16 matchup against New England would have division title implications.

This has nothing to do with me rooting for the jets draft position or the Jets drafting a QB. But, I do believe all the said top QB's in this years draft will be big gambles...and yes I'm a Noles fan. I'm in TGG football pool and also picked TB due to Cam possibly being out. The Jets have a lot better team that most of you give credit to.
In typical JETs fashion I can see us winning a couple of these last meaningless games, playing our self's right out of the top pick.

We will outplay the Titans, I'm sure of it, but I think a few classic mistakes will make the game much closer than it should be. I also think TB wins their game, but they'll still end up drafting ahead of us if we win. Having the 5th overall pick won't be the worst thing in the world.
