Not that it is importan or anything but I find it interesting some of the TV guys being Jets fans. Not talking about local guys like Francesca or Kay. Talking about guys that are on National TV. I knew about Mike Greenberg and Rich Eisen but today I found out the ESPN guy Chris Berman. Turns out the guy was a season ticket holder back in Shea days. Are there any other famous TV personalities that are Jet fans? Again, not that it is inportant but I have a symphaty towards any person who is a Jet fan execpt Champ and junc.
Wasn't Tony Kornheiser (PTI guy on ESPN) a Jet fan? Also there might be more than we think but people just might not want to admit being a Jet fan. lol
Greenberg is not -- no Jets fan would volutarily wear Brady's jersey, especially on live TV. He is not a Jets fan, he is just a TV whore.
ESPN's Mike Tirico (Bayside H.S.) grew up a Jet fan. The late James Gandolfini (Tony Soprano) and Michael Imperioli, aka Christopher Moltisanti was/are. Others include Ray Romano ("Everybody Loves Raymond"), Chris Rock, Denzel Washington, Larry David, Kevin James and Adam Sandler who stayed a Jet fan even after his family moved to New Hampshire from Brooklyn when he was 5.
I hear you. Didn't know that about him. I only listen to him partly on my way to work so don't know a lot about the guy. I will deduct some points from Greeny. Thanks joe Very interesting names. I already was a big fan of Denzel and now I like the guy more. Tirico is another guy I am glad to see as a Jet fan.
Greenie is a huge Jet fan. Some times these guys just have to play the game. Guess who's a Patriot fan? _
Maybe so, but he always spoke fondly of going to Jet games with his dad at Shea. I think he just likes to trot out that corny "nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills" mantra with his sidekick Tom Jackson.
he's too old or careless anymore. he ought to pack it in. I'm tired of him "rumbling, bumbling.. stumbling" through sentences.
